@tlbodine and I work in the news sector. We handle press releases–hundreds of them daily. And we see a lot of news before it even hits the internet. 

Do not believe every fuckin’ thing you see online about COVID-19/coronavirus. 

DO. NOT.

If you need information, stick with the CDC, the WHO and your local health department website. (Look for “.gov” as the end of the URL.) Thousands of people are “newsjacking” this pandemic in order to get eyes on their website/product/etc. 

Stick with information ONLY from the legitimate medical organizations that are actually handling the timely data from the pandemic.

Pearl, the Oath of Devotion Paladin (PEARLadin!), Dueling fighting style.

This was the most obvious choice to me! I thought about it and a rogue build could work, and might be more mechanically accurate. But the image of Pearl as a paladin has been stuck in my head for years, and is honestly one of the reasons I started this art series!

Pearl would be a Dex-based paladin, who wields a rapier. Her AC is lower than expected for a paladin, and she isn’t quite as strong as a paladin might be, but she wasn’t built for this path – this was the path she chose for herself!

Rose, Human Druid/Cleric Garnet, Half-elf Monk/Wizard Amethyst, Dwarf Barbarian
