Thank you! I kinda nicked the scent thing from the comics, it’s canon that he has a heightened sense of smell! And I know a lot of parents rave about the “baby smell” and that animals scent their baby’s and use it to locate them, so I thought it’d be sweet if Logan enjoyed the smell, like it’s familiar to him.

I’m honestly not completely sure if Wolverine baby’s are called pups or kits, but I enjoy fics where people use the fact he’s called “Wolverine” to give him animal like characteristics, sorry for rambling on but I’m really happy you enjoyed those little things I included :)

I just remembered that Honey Badger actually is a character in the X-Men comics, she’s X-23s sister, I completely forgot, just to make it clear, if I call Logan a honey badger, it’s just a silly nickname 😭 I just wanted to prevent any confusion
