Is the thing in the upper left corner a cipher?

Makes sense considering the original PMV had a cipher in its text, but now I wonder, what does the cipher say? I’m not very well-versed in cipher codes or languages or keywords.

Honestly in love with the render though this is supreme… ALSO THE VERYICAL TYPOGRAPHY IS CRAZYYYYY vocatart apollo death machine I think the repeating images is super fitting especially with the intro melody having repeating notes like they’re glitching the melody also appears in the ad lib & interlude ALSO the way the face cuts off at the top is fitting considering this song is supposed to be an introductory to Misha plus y’know [black bar = lack of identity] so it’s like mysterious woahhh…
