What the fuck happened to what little attention span I had as a kid? Did the bitch just peace her way out of my life or did someone steal that shit thinking that they wanted it more than me cause as a little kid I had the attention span of a fucking toddler, no matter how old I was. Now. Now I have the attention span of a fucking banana...

The Servant of a Vampire Part 14
The following Parts are inspired by whatever I remember from Beauty and the Beast (Original version). Enjoy!
Dettlaff watched you talking to Dominic with a smile on his face. He leaned against the door frame and crossed his arms, not even taking his eyes off you. He swore to protect you. And he'll keep that promise. Then he got an idea. He may not know how to rule humans but you would. He cleared his throat.
"*Name*!" He called out.
You:
You were looking at Dominic's drawings with interest. Soon he would draw like a professional. When you heard Dettlaff calling your name you jumped and looked around. You looked back at Dominic and grinned.
"Duty calls." You said apologetically.
Dominic pouted. "Oh. I was having fun." He whined and then sighed. He stood up and hugged you. "Bye Ma."
You were so going to have to get used to him calling you 'Ma'. You gave him a pat on the head and stood up. You turned and walked to Dettlaff.
"Yes?"
"The people... I'm confused on how to rule Toussaint." Dettlaff said.
Now that was a surprise. You blinked. "And you want my help?" You asked slowly.
He nodded. You frowned and thought about the advice you should give Dettlaff. Then you got it.
"First things first the whole 'Humans are Slaves to Vampires' has to go. Then I'll think of something else." You said.
He nodded and smiled. "I'll tell the vampires to leave the humans be." He then looked at the ground with a frown, probably contemplating something. "I'll also give you your own room. Next to mine of course but not connected."
You smiled and curtsied gently. "Thank you."
The vampire who lied to the bandits:
Brenda watched Dettlaff and you talking with a scowl. You were stealing Dettlaff from her! She hated that! Then an idea struck her. Her lips curled into a malicious grin and she stepped into the shadows, letting the shadows conceal her.
Two days later
You were asleep on the most comfortable bed you've ever slept on when you felt someone jump on you.
"Ma! Ma!" Dominic's voice screamed above you.
You opened your eyes and yawned. Dominic kept shaking you. (I'm not a weather expert. I failed in Geography.) You sighed and woke up.
"Yes?" You asked.
"Get up! Get up! Get up!" He screamed. "It's snowing!"
You pushed him off you and got up. You looked at the window and saw snow falling to the ground delicately. You grinned and looked at your adopted son. He was already grabbing a dark red dress with fur on the collar and sleeves out of the cupboard. The collar was high and the dress looked suitable for the weather. He chucked it at you and raced to the door. He stopped and looked at you.
"Get dressed!" He said excitedly, bouncing on the balls of his feet.
You sighed and shooed him out the room. Then you got up and put the dress on. It was comfortable. When you walked out of the room Dominic grabbed your hand and raced down the hall, giggling with glee and joy. You grinned and let him drag you outside. When you were outside Dominic let go of you and ran to a pile of snow. He bent down, grabbed it and rolled it into a ball.
You didn't see what he was doing. You were distracted by the winter wonderland around you. When you felt something wet and cold hit your neck you froze and glared at Dominic, who was laughing. You bent down, grabbed some snow, rolled it into a ball and threw it at him. And that was how your snowball fight started.
Dettlaff:
Dettlaff leaned against the balustrade of his balcony and watched you and Dominic have a snowball fight. He smiled softly. He felt an alp walk up to him from behind but didn't look at her.
"I want to do something for her. But what?" He asked her.
Brenda snorted. "Flowers, chocolates, promises you don't keep."
The alp glared at her blood sister. "Ignore Brenda. Listen to the most romantic idiot." She walked closer to Dettlaff. "Something they'd enjoy. Something like..."
She hummed and then had an idea. She grinned and told Dettlaff her idea. Dettlaff smiled and nodded. Brenda scowled at the idea.
Two hours later and you were standing in front of two, large silver doors with white swirls painted on them. Dettlaff looked at you and smiled gently.
"I... Want to show you something." He said softly.
He grabbed the handles and opened it a little bit then thought of it better. He closed the door and turned to you.
"But first. Close your eyes."
You made a face and he gave you a look that reminded you of a puppy. You sighed and closed your eyes. You heard him open the door and Dettlaff grabbed you by the wrists. He gently led you inside the room then stopped you in what you thought was the middle of the room. Suddenly, blinding light hit your closed your eyes and you turned your head.
"Now." He had a hint of excitement in his tone.
You opened your eyes and gasped. It was a library! A huge library! The ceiling was silver and domed and arched high above your head. Beams supported the ceiling and were painted a rose gold colour. You looked at the walls and found that shelves were carved into the silver walls and books were pushed onto the shelf. The bookshelves towered high above your head and had gorgeous swirly designs etched into them. A staircase with a gold bannister and white marble stairs polished to perfection curved around the room, getting close to the walls so you could grab whatever book you fancy.
You turned around with a smile on your face. "Wow..." You breathed out. "I..."
You turned to Dettlaff who was looking at you with anxiety. You laughed and gave him a hug.
"Thank you!" You said with joy.
Dettlaff smiled softly and hugged you back.
Why the FUCK does my brain throw out random information from school but I can still remember shit from my hyper fixations?! And why the FUCK am I always hyper fixated on myth and remember that shit and can actually focus on that but I CANT FRICKIN FOCUS ON SCHOOL?!
The Servant of a Vampire Part 15
Dettlaff... You couldn't get him out of your mind. You paced the room again and chewed on your nail. You couldn't stop thinking about his kindness. You groaned and clutched at your hair. Hopefully you'll stop thinking of him. Maybe it's nothing. You heard the footsteps of Dominic running down the hall laughing and squealing at the top of his lungs. What the...? You thought to yourself and poked your head out of your room. Dettlaff was chasing after Dominic, who was holding one of Dettlaff's shoes. You laughed quietly and shook your head before closing the door. Kids...
Suddenly you thought of something to repay Dettlaff! You could bake for him! With a smile you left the room and walked down the hall.
Brenda:
Brenda walked up to the group of bandits near Delenfer Pass and smiled.
"Greetings boys." She said.
The bandits cheered and raised bottles of alcohol. "Brenda!" They cheered.
"We missed you." One said.
"Aye. So. What are we doing today?" Another asked.
Brenda grinned. "Getting rid of the person stealing my Dettlaff. What do you say, boys?" She held up a money pouch but they waved the pouch away.
"We're your... What do the vampires call their friend group? Pack? Right. We're your pack Brenda. What you want we get you." The leader said.
"Aye!" The rest agreed.
Brenda smirked. "Brilliant... Here's the plan..."
You:
You dusted your hands off and wiped them on the apron. You looked at the cake in the pan with pride. You weren't that good with baking but you think you did well. You put the pan in the oven and turned around, taking off the apron.
You heard the swishing of fabric against legs and raised an eyebrow. Who wanted to talk to you? The vampire who lied to the thugs walked into the kitchen. You noticed she had black hair that tumbled over her shoulders in curls. She walked up to you.
"You have to leave." She said.
You tilted your head. "Why?"
"The King doesn't want you anymore. Leave. Leave Toussaint." She snarled.
For some reason that hurt. You lowered your head and nodded. "Of course. Bye."
She scowled and you exited the kitchen. You had no belongings so you left Beauclair with nothing but the clothes on your back. Your bare feet ached on the path but you ignored the pain and kept walking. When you got to Delenfer Pass you stopped.
"Ohh. Look at this boys. A lovely little bird is trying to leave Toussaint!" A mean voice said and someone grabbed you from behind, covering your mouth so you wouldn't scream. "Well tough luck bitch. You're not." They whispered in your ear and then they laughed.
Cliffhanger! And dramatics!
I so badly want to wear peasant dresses and noble dresses from like... Way back in the something century. It would be so interesting
The Servant of a Vampire SPECIAL CHAPTER 1
Eight years. That's how long you and Dettlaff have been dating. And now. Here you are. Standing in front of Delenfer Pass wearing a white dress with your hair up in a double-twist bun updo. You were holding a bouquet of lilies, daffodils and wildflowers and on your feet were white heeled slippers. You felt like a Queen.
People stood on either side of the path, holding candles. Your father beside you, you holding his elbow. A horn was heard and the people started singing. Their soft voices wafted to you as your father walked you down the carpeted path. Knights clicked their feet together and stood up straight. Some bowed. Others winked. When you passed the people they fell into step behind you. They followed you to the palace and sat down on wooden bench chairs.
The singing stopped, your father gave you to Dettlaff (After kissing you on the cheek) and you and your beloved turn to the priest. He looked at you with a smile and turned to the people of Toussaint. He raised his hands above his head.
"Dearly beloved!" His old, weathered voice rang out loud and clear. "Tonight is a special night! Tonight we are witnessing two beautiful things! One, we got a new Duchess and a new Duke! Two, we are witnessing a wedding!"
You looked at Dettlaff and smiled softly. He smiled back.
"Dettlaff Van der Eretein! Do you take *Name* to be your lawfully wedded wife?" The priest asked Dettlaff.
"I do." Dettlaff said without hesitation.
"And do you, *Full name*, take Dettlaff Van der Eretein to be your lawfully wedded husband?" The priest asked you.
You nodded. "I do." You said, also without hesitation.
"You may now place the crowns on each other's head!"
The crown bearer, who was Dominic, ran forward. He held a pillow in his hands and on the pillow were two crowns. One was a circlet and it was black with red rubies. The other was a silver tiara with a black pearl. He stopped in front of you two and you took the black circlet and Dettlaff took the silver tiara.
He turned to you and you bowed your head. He put the tiara on your head and you put your head back up. You reached up and Dettlaff bowed his head. You put the circlet on his head and Dettlaff raised his head.
"You may now kiss!" The priest stepped backwards.
You kissed Dettlaff and the audience erupted in applause. You heard Regis cheer.
"That's my best friend and she's like a sister to me! Whoo!" You heard him scream.
"Talking about sisters I want a sister!" Dominic yelled over the applause.
You broke the kiss off to smile at Dominic. "We'll see." You said and laughed.
Dettlaff wrapped an arm around your waist. "We will Dom. Don't worry."
You blushed and swatted at Dettlaff's arm. "Dettlaff!"
He laughed and kissed you on the cheek. You looked up at him and smiled brightly. You were going to be with him forever...
