THE LEMONADE SAVE V3.6

It's been almost a year but I'm back with another update!

Before I get into what’s changed, a quick primer on what this  save is all about: I wanted a diverse save with all the drama we got  back in the Sims 2 days. I call it the Lemonade Save because the Sims 4 is lacking in all that. When EA gives you lemons, you make lemonade.

Here’s what’s new/updated:

Made over all Chestnut Ridge and Tomarang sims and added new families. All new families have relationships (good and bad) with existing sims.

Tweaked existing sims using new in-game assets

As always, this save only includes new and updated sims. The builds are untouched. Due to how The Sims 4 culls relationships, some of the the relationships I created may go poof eventually unless you use a mod that corrects this.

This save requires no cc and uses the following DLC:

DOWNLOAD : SIMFILESHARE | MEDIAFIRE (NO ADS EVER!)

Back up your existing saves before installing. To install, just place the save file into your Sims 4 Saves folder. This save fills slot 11112f so hopefully it won’t overlap with any of your existing ones. If it does, just rename it.

Look for the save called LEMONADE SAVE V3.6 when you open the game to play.

Uberhood 2024 Update By AnotherPlumbob (CC free)

The Uberhood is an ongoing PROJECT where I’m creating a Cc-free savefile, with all the worlds and lore from The Sims 2 ported to The Sims 4. 

NOTE: In this update I've revamped PLEASANTVIEW only - if you were interested in the other worlds or premades, please note they remain exactly as they were in the previous versions.

It currently includes

3. Required packs and How to Install (PLEASE READ)

THE SAVE IS CC-FREE BUT ALL EXPANSION, GAME PACKS,STUFF PACKS AND KITS RELEASED UP UNTIL MARCH 2024. 

If you don’t have all packs, sims may be half naked, and/or bald and stuff may be missing. Install at your own risk. 

In order to install:

BACK UP YOUR SAVES.

Download the the SAVE file.

Put the save in your SAVES folder.  Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Saves. I changed the name of the file so that it will hopefully not overwrite any of your saves (including the previous v1). If your system prompts you to overwrite a save, do not click yes. Just change the name of the save (keep it 8 numbers but change the numbers) and try again.

Optional: Put the .package file (StrangetownTexts.package) in your mods folder. This file is used to change the Strangerville mystery a bit, and turn it into the Strangetown mystery (with custom texts, references to the Bella mystery, etc.). Please install it if you want to have some clues on what happened to Bella!! 

4. Play Order

There’s really no set play order but note that:

1.- Brandi Broke is pregnant and will give birth in 3 days regardless of who you play and regardless of whether aging is on or off, so play with her first if you want to be there for the birth.

2.- Same thing applies to Pascal Curious, who’s also pregnant at the start of the save.

5. Disclaimer and TOU

I’m just one person and there may be some bugs here or there, or naked sims or whatever. Feel free to report any bugs you find but I will only fix them if I consider them super relevant or game breaking, otherwise the save is provided as is and you install it at your own risk.

Also please don't waste your breath asking me to do X world, or add lore to Veronaville or Strangetown or whatever, because I will only do it if and when I'm inspired to do it - and the requests quite honestly stress me out.

The new FutureSim Labs is finally open for business. I built this so long ago, back when I was doing the Not So Berry Challenge, but never put it on the gallery because something in it was flagged as custom content. 

I hate that.

So, I finally have a sim in the Scientist career and was able to go in and remove what I thought was CC (turns out it was paintings I had used from the gallery) and now it is CC-free and I am happy, because I finally get to share the build with you.

It has been play-tested. Be sure to have  moveobjects on, and have fun!

so happy with how this turned out. mint is not the most versatile color, but i tried to sprinkle it around the house as best as i could 😭. now i’m sad it’s still winter in my nsb save because this house looks so good in summer

Improved Infants v1.0

Infants needed some QoL improvements. This mod improves the pie menu for newborns and infants, making the most important interactions easier to access, and disables autonomy for glitchy actions like 'Watch Infant'. It also increases the speed of unlocking gross motor milestones like Sitting Up and Crawling when doing Tummy Time and Practice Sitting/Crawling.

It takes around 16 sessions total of tummy time and practice sitting/crawling to unlock Sit Up and Crawl in the vanilla game. With this mod, you can get your infant crawling within 10 sessions.

Mei e algumas tarefa para moradores de Avelândia 👩🏻‍🌾

Graças a uma tarefa, um tanto cansativa pois passamos 3 dias indo e vindo de lugares apenas para ganhar 100 simoleons e alguns quebrados, Mei ganhou como bônus uma amizade total com Rugabaixa só para então termos com quem reclamar da vida injusta...

Luca um garoto de Avelândia chamou Mei para UM ENCONTRO, tanto eu como ela ficamos certamente chocadas só que Mei infelizmente sofreu de diversos desmaios durante a conversa até que a deixei tirar um cochilo no sofá aconchegante do bar.

Voltar para casa perto do amanhecer no meio da semana não é algo que deva fazer, Merlin pelo menos estava a espera de Mei para um abraço sonolento antes de sumir pela extensa vegetação do lote e brincar com a comida das galinhas.

Minha única felicidade do dia foi ter dinheiro suficiente para mais decoração, acabou sobrando o suficiente para comprar um pintinho que parece muito interessado na vida da Llama apesar de correr o risco de ser comido graças seu tamanho minúsculo.

Mei também havia pegado uma tarefa com Agatha Rugabaixa e precisamos " conversar com um gnomo " que é claro não foi possivel, mas Mei tem boa imaginação e contou uma ótima fofoca para nossa segunda Rugabaixa ( adoravel ). Até mesmo fizemos uma comida deliciosa para entregar a nosso vendedor numero 1 de Avelândia, Mei é péssima na cozinha e fiquei surpresa pela comida estar fantástica.

F.R.I.E.N.D.S Legacy Challenge TS4

The TV show Friends has always meant a lot to my life, with my mother watching it when she was pregnant with me and it being something we both bonded over! One day, during work, I started thinking of a legacy challenge based on the different characters!

Disclaimer: Only after finishing writing the challenge did I realize that someone in 2019 made a similar challenge, though they have similarities they are not the exact same, therefore I’m still going to publish the challenge. But please check out their challenge and support them here.

General Rules:

No money cheats allowed, only use freerealestate for moving in the first generation

Coisas novas para fazer e ser uma boa fazendeira 👩🏻‍🌾

Depois de comparecer a uma pequena reunião com pessoas da sua idade e tornar tudo um drama, Mei foca sua atenção na aspiração e vai em busca de pequenas bolas de pelos saltitantes até que encontra uma disposta a uma conversa sobre raposas e galinhas.

Tentar pescar mais uma vez é quase impossível, apenas um pequeno peixe dourado é capturado então Mei sente fome demais para continuar. Mas a ida ao pub local lhe da uma ideia, a atmosfera romântica ou talvez a chegada dos dias férteis tenham influenciado... Ela decidi ter um encontro " semi as segas " pois ela não gosta de se arriscar a tanto.

O encontro começa estranho, Mei começa sentir muitos enjoos e então acontece um imprevisto, eu havia esquecido de comprar absorventes e isso acaba estragando todo clima mesmo que da parte do ( esqueci seu nome ) estivesse tudo indo bem. Pelo menos Mei fez um novo amigo.

Voltando pra casa fiz a compra dos absorventes e com o dinheiro já ganho finalmente Mei comprou sua Llama, Boneca. Antes do dia virar noite Mei teve outro desejo romantico, essa garota tem sérios problemas em não fixar sua atenção no que é importante...

O segundo e ultimo encontro do dia foi as segas e de nenhum dos lados estava parecendo ser muito divertido, o parceiro de Mei estava muito interessado nas bebidas servidas no bar e em discutir sobre arte o que instantaneamente deixou nossa garota enjoada. Por sentir que estava mais fazendo as vontade de Mei do que os objetivos do legado decidi que uma pausa seria bom, daremos um jeito de Mei pensar apenas sobre seu legado e parar de ser uma adolescente boba...

Shetland Harbour contains custom content. As much as we try to include them into the world building process, we learned with time the necessity of providing a list those items. No worries, we used the same cc creators as usual and added 2 or 3 more. Such as the grey/dark roof we made, based on the terracotta roof of the game and the Wood walls you'll find on different lots, the same as the ones of Oaksoak Hollow ... Or more important, the boats used in the world and of course ... The sheeps ! All you need should be included and/or available down here ;)

Saindo um pouco do roteiro, mas sempre voltando 👩🏻‍🌾

Mei por ser adolescente geralmente tem todo seu drama e manias então parece que tudo se torna um tanto trágico na vida dela, conseguir interagir com raposas não deu nada certo pelo bug já histórico onde as raposas estão estáticas.

Para sorte de Mei um entre os 5 coelhos ao qual ela deu nomes parece amigável e conseguimos até dar uma flor de margarida para ele. Enquanto ela estava na escola estava planejando onde e o que alterar no lote, tudo é tão decorado externamente que tenho medo de mexer e estragar então a casa não vai ser expandida, enquanto ruminava nessas ideias me deparei com este gatinho adormecido ao lado da pequena horta de Mei... Ele é tão fofo e quando vi seu nome sabia que deveríamos adota-lo, Merlin nosso mago da távola redonda felina.

No mesmo dia pensei que seria uma boa ideia Mei vender as flores e frutos colhidos por Avelândia na mesa de vendas no jardim comunitário, para infelicidade já havia alguém fazendo isso e eu me contive para não usar o famoso cheat "cai fora cara de bunda", acabamos comprando um café ou chá e ainda tinhamos um pão inteiro no inventário ao qual Mei se serviu de uma boa fatia enquanto conhecia mais uma moradora da cidade. Me limitei a fazer a venda na banca do centro da cidade e conseguimos quase 400 simoleons e irei comprar enfim alguns itens bobos de decoração pois imagina que como adolescente Mei é impulsiva.

Ser observada por um jovem morador local no jardim comunitário a deixou um pouco constrangida, mas com os vegetais colhidos no local conseguimos dinheiro para ir ao mercado das pulgas e comprar um lindo abajur e experimentar uma comida picante.

Enquanto brincava nas configurações e funções do mod Bettersims fiz Mei adquirir o traço nauseenta, com isso ela tem um pouco de nojo de pescaria então isso dificultou um pouco as coisas. Parece que nesta gameplay não teremos uma renda extra fácil.

Objetivos: Tenha “Vida Simples” e “Raposas Selvagens” como desafios de lote para a sua casa.  Tenha no mínimo 1 llama, 1 vaca, e 1 galinheiro.  Ganhe o traço de  recompensa “Dedo Verde”. Complete a coleção de plantas.  Ganhe pelo menos 3 vezes na feira de Pintassilgueira em Avelândia do Norte.  Faça amizade com pássaros selvagens e coelhos. Todos seus filhos devem completar a aspiração “Jovem Gênio”.

Meus objetivos: Mobiliar a casa para tornar um lar completo, no entanto após a descoberta da primeira gravidez o sim deve se mudar para uma fazenda que tenha espaço suficiente para as seguintes gerações. Ter pelo menos um pé de cada planta incomum em qualidade ótima. Atingir o nível 10 em mecânica antes da velhice. Ter pelo menos 3 filhos. Todo sábado ter uma noite de cinema com a família. Fazer pelo menos 10 amigos adolescentes enquanto for adolescente e montar um grupo com os mais próximos em compatibilidade, o grupo pode ser sobre qualquer tema. Ter encontros as segas e fracassar, descobrir uma paixão pelo seu melhor amigo ou pelo "Especialista em Criaturas".

Between the Pines | Goodbye, Echo Canyon 1.1

the big day has finally arrived. it's time for the aguirres to say goodbye to echo canyon...the place they've called home for over two decades. ines, to her family's annoyance, has had her camcorder glued to her hand all day capturing and savoring every last moment...

Let's call 'Between the Pine's a working title for now. I don't even want to talk about how much time I spent on this post... posing, staging, reposing, etc. I also use SRWE so each picture takes like 5 mins. And considering I apparently took 76 pictures (see below) to only use like 7....I'm so done (with myself). Need to lean more into chill gameplay and avoid going the rabbit hole of perfectly posing each post...BUT love how this turned out regardless...
