Glamour challenge 🎀
So I thought it'd be a fun idea to do a challenge every week , each week we can focus on a certain topic. This week its gonna be glamour baby! ♡
Here's the routine we're gonna do from start to finish everyday of the week :
1. ♡ The moment you wake up , before you even touch ur phone or do anything take a moment to tap into your inner goddess, like its such a blessing to be alive and to be YOU and the world awaits you , like ure truly the goddess of your own reality. (Even if u don't believe this idc DO IT)
2. ♡ when you wash your face imagine the water is enhancing your beauty and cleansing u from any impurities (or u can say ur beauty affirmations during ur skin care/makeup also when looking in the mirror).
3. ♡ ROBOTIC AFFIRMATIONS. Every single time u think of the word "beauty" I want u to repeat this mantra "I'm literally the embodiment of beauty, I radiate beauty, I'm so beautiful, everyone thinks I'm beautiful, I look like a goddess"
4. ♡ when people look at you , assume they're seeing your desired face and they're literally mesmerized by your beauty.
5. ♡ as you fall asleep I recommend playing your fav beauty affirmation audio or frequency, again tapping into your inner goddess and feeling beautiful from within , literally embodying it.
For best results be consistent and let's share our results ! ♡
dark feminine habits
1. ᴍᴀꜱᴛᴇʀʙᴀᴛᴇ. give yourself permission to feel pleasure. it release stress from your body.
2. get naked. dance naked. sleep naked. look at you body in the mirror. soak in a bath. moisturize your skin. get a massage.
3. tell people no. if it’s not a hell yes, don’t waste your time. you have free will to do as you please. you are not a slave.
4. have pride in yourself and your achievements. set goals. accept compliments. own your confidence. shine.
5. flirt. it’s fun.
6. do shadow work. at the end of your day, take time to reflect on your mistakes and write down ways to make progress. this helps you understand your fears and guilts. journal. introspection.
7. don’t go along with anything that feels wrong to you. be assertive and don’t be afraid to cut someone off or cause a scene when your boundaries are crossed.
8. work your brain. do puzzles. reads books. learn about seduction. develop a skill. take time to daydream. visually manifest.
9. be daring. wear a sexy outfit or bold makeup look. show cleavage. follow your dreams. break routine. speak your mind. shock the people around you and ignore their judgements.
10. release timidity. stop overly apologizing, stuttering and overthinking. say exactly what you mean. feel exactly how you feel. banish all forms of guilt and shame.

Getting my butt back into into $kripper condition 🫧
I recently discovered that I am nowhere near as flexible as I used to be. I know I should have expected it because I have not been practicing at all… I still got kind of sad when I realized that I hadn’t been doing something that I found so much joy in. I decided that I was going to start back. I will admit these last few days I feel like incorporating yoga and stretching for mobility/ flexibility into my morning routine has generally made me feel better. Now the hurdle is being consistent. I believe the best way to hold me accountable for making sure that I am continuing this journey is to document it!
So far I’ve been using a few creators on Instagram to begin my journey into yoga 🧘🏾♀️
