Challenging yourself by learning new techniques and gaining new skills and practicing is wonderful. That's the joy of growth. Drawing the same exact thing every day because that's what you want to do is wonderful. That's the joy of multitude.

Art is an outlet, a way to share yourself with others, a way to give to the world, a way to give to yourself, a conduit for ideas, a well of humor, a space to take risks. Art can be a breathtaking landscape, art can be a simple pattern on the edge of a dish. Art can be a scribbled facial expression that makes you go 'yeah, I feel exactly like that.' Art can capture ugliness, oddity, uncertainty, beauty, charm, change, love, and so many, many, many intangible things. Art is everything, and your art is a part of it.
