I go to the gym 5 days a week and take a Krav Maga class 2 nights a week. Yesterday my back was tight all day but I pushed through my work out then in the middle of Krav my back seized up and as everyone asked me if I was ok I was like “I’m fine! Keep going, I’m fine.” Till my sensei and classmates forced me to leave 🙃😭after ibuprofen, water hot enough to melt your skin off centered on my back and a heating pad I was good to go and back in the gym this morning 🤣

Maybe it’s where I just follow artists and other book accounts I have managed to avoid all that there, and where it’s mainly me liking their stuff and posting comments but no really reading the other comments. But you bring up an excellent point anonymous that there just isn’t a place that’s free from it all. I guess really the only options are deal or delete 🤷🏼‍♀️

Kurt is such a slime ball (it’s funny my husbands name is Kurt and he’s the best human 🤣) and so funny trying to flirt with Linda and Linda has no idea for so long and then she’s appalled 🤣 like there’s no flattery or any interest at all, she is so loyal to her marriage and family. And I like Fischoeder popping in at random to create chaos 🤣
