I am Ruba, 24 years old. I am originally from northern Gaza, but now I am displaced to Rafah due to the dangerous situation there. Today marks day 216 of the war, and the attacks are relentless. The situation is heading towards genocide, dispersion, and displacement.

do you understand what it means to be in a position where you’ve been displaced time and time again, just to get to the only supposed safe area that you have been ordered to go to by a force that’s so much stronger than you as an unarmed civilian, just to be told that you can’t be there anymore ? and that is after you have lost everything, like your home, your memories, your friends, family members and loved ones, your job, and everything that you’ve worked so hard in order to achieve…

We have no shelter, everything we had has been bombed, and there are no words to describe the magnitude of the collapse we are experiencing and the suffering we are enduring. We are in danger, and at any moment we could lose our lives.

tommyinnit has kinda set the standards for accesibility in youtube for me ngl. all these people with such huge budgets are using autogenerated captions, but tommy at 16 had full color coded captions on every single video (and also made it so they showed off vocal effects). those other guys need to step up their game

cscoop is crazy good with it too he subtitles everything said with color coding and his videos tend to be like an hour long

One thing that gets glossed over in the tubbathon is that during modcasts the mods have access to everything on tubbo’s pc. Instead of doing any malicious with this ultimate power the mods just put silly little things on screen because the chatters are silly little creatures who need constant visual stimuli. Every time I think about this and I gain more respect for the mods, and a little bit of fear that one of them will go rouge.
