What you think about Cucurucho kidnapping Richarlyson's parents?

I uh I'm so underqualified to answer this because I haven't caught up with most of the Federation/Cucurucho lore. As far as I know, Felps was kidnapped by Cucurucho (?) right before he went on holiday IRL which honestly is an interesting way to tie things up but also really sinister??
