Hello, New Anon Here!
Hello, new Anon here!
I just so happen to come across your "x readers" and I wanted to ask if you do Character x Character.
Because if you do may I request a BigBrother!Wukong x LittleBrother!Macaque??(Platonic obviously) could be a hurt/comfort with Macaque being injured or something.
Because as someone who Headcanons them as brothers, I've been starved for content! there is very little content about it, and I can't really seem to find any good platonic fanart/fanfics of them since everything is intended to be shadowpeach (no hate to the ship though! I'm aware that both the ship and the siblings thing is a headcanon)
If you do it I'll be really thankful. Thanks!
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE, TURN IT UP 🤩🤩🤩
"Where'd All the Time Go?" (470 w.c) (PLATONIC SHADOWPEACH ONESHOT)

The Mountain of Flowers and Fruits was a beautiful place that was home to many different creatures. With its many varieties of flora and fauna, anyone was happy to live there. Two of the most notable residents were of course the Handsome Monkey King and the Six Eared Macaque. The two had been good friends since the moment they met, and were close enough that they even called each other brothers. Some described them like the sun and the moon; they were so starkly different, and yet they worked so well together.Â
Of course, they had their differences. For instance, Wukong loved warm weather. A cloudless sky over grassy hills to play on. As much as Macaque liked playing too, he preferred to do so in the rain. Cooler temperatures with lots of puddles and frankly, mud to slide on.Â
This was one of those days. The morning had been gloomy, and it wasn’t until the early afternoon that the clouds decided to unleash the rain they’d been threatening. Wukong now sat idly in the opening of one of the caves as he watched Macaque hold his tongue out to catch droplets, before laughing and jumping around. A small smile crept onto his face. He hated getting wet; he’d had quite enough water when he jumped through a raging waterfall to get his title and he was most definitely not a good swimmer. But he wanted to spend time with his brother, and what better time than the present?Â
“Mac! Wait for me!” Wukong called, and stood up from his spot on the ground. The hard part would be stepping out of the cave. Closing his eyes, he braced himself for that icky feeling of being soaked, but it didn’t come. Wukong opened his eyes again and came face to face with Macaque, who had found a very large leaf and was holding it over the ginger monkey.Â
“C’mon, we can just walk in the woods.” Macaque smiled, his ears twitching. Wukong took hold of the leaf as well and they began to stroll, stopping every once in a while to look at a newt or salamander that was along the path. Then they would laugh as it scurried away from them.Â
….
“Monkey King? Why don’t you have an umbrella? You’re gonna get a cold!” MK looked over at his mentor, who was in his human disguise as they were out running some errand or another. MK had a full raincoat, boots, and an umbrella, since he refused to get his clothes wet. Wukong chuckled.Â
“I can’t believe I have to keep reminding you that I’m immortal, bud. I don’t get sick!” He refrained from ruffling the boy’s hair, simply because it would be inconvenient whilst holding onto a bag of food.
“And besides…I happen to like the rain.”

CHAPTER 7 is out!
Redson and y/n face an intruder in the Demon Bull Family home.
first 5 faceless emojis are how your summers gonna go

So I know that the ultimate message of Monkie Kid is probably going to be about finding ways to live and love life in spite of tragedy and past mistakes, but my god do they have to get there by shredding almost every single nice or positive thing about Sun Wukong’s og classic story and character?
It’s like…okay, there’s HINTS that maybe things will get better, but as it currently stands he exists in legoland as this absolute failure, king of fundamentally nothing, he has no family, most of his screen time has been him making one catastrophic mistake after another and seeming to learn next to nothing from those experiences, all his former friends are either dead or despise him all because of the things he did to them and nothing ever gets cleared up in his favor, almost all his actions just make things worse, and now even his own student is all but confirmed to be terrified he’ll end up like the mentor he once adored. And now things are so bad for Sun Wukong that he’s been locked in a torture scroll that will just remind him of all his many, many failures forever.Â
Awesome.
Y'know a lot of the season 4 vibes are letting go of the past. If the special is gonna be Macaque having to face the events of his past with Wukong, my hope is that seeing what REALLY happened will give him the reality check he needs to be able to let go. And I also hope that Wukong gets to see how hurt Macaque felt, and finds it in himself to apologize.
Is it too much to ask for them to be happy ;-;
Disney vs. DeSantis is so funny because it's like. Neither side even wanted to get into this. Here's how it's supposed to go: Politician does something stupid. Corporation disavows politician after public pressure. Politician disavows the disavowing. Nothing changes for either party.
But then the Florida governor got stars in his eyes. He saw an opportunity to bolster his standing before the presidential primary. He wanted to be the one who took on The Mouse and won. So in retaliation he decides he's going to tear down the decades-old agreement Disney uses to govern Disney World's district.
And just like that, Disney's batshit insane legal department turns towards Florida like the Eye of Sauron spotting the ring at Mount Doom. They smell lost profit. They smell blood.
Disney will use any and every strategy they've accumulated over the last century of lobbying congress and DeSantis can't back down lest he admit Mickey Mouse beat his ass. He's lost control of Disney World's district even more than he already did. Now he's getting sued.
This all started because Disney was pressured into backtracking their political contributions to Florida and disavowing the Don't Say Gay law. Now they're fighting for something they actually care about: their profit margin. Disney is not an ally to queer people and they're an enemy to progressives, but damn am I rooting for them to keep humiliating the greater evil for the time being. This is high comedy.
