he is definitely into ballroom dancing

intimate and slow types of dances really get to him. he just loves being close to you, his hands on your hips

while he's this close, it makes it incredibly easy for him to tease you. he can get on your nerves really easily (affectionately in this sense)

whispers sweet nothings into your ears, promises of a long and wonderful life spent by his side

realistically we all know he wouldn't be the best partner in the world, but i think if he's actually going to feel something for someone, he's going to feel very intensely

so when he tells you these things, he really does mean it

he's a surprisingly good dancer, though

even faster paced dances are fun to him. intimate in a different way, but still special in his eyes

even if dancing isn't really your thing, he's going to reassure you that skill matters very little to him and that this is just something to do for fun!

Astarion does a double take and can’t stop looking. Your face is so much more lovely than he ever thought it would be. You stare at him, nervous, as if suddenly realising what you’ve done - but he just smiles to cover how shocked he is and tells you, “well, darling, you kept me in suspense long enough…” and winks. The ease he gives you is immediate and you laugh, soft, and stay with him quietly by the campfire.

Gale has often wondered what you look like maskless, quietly summoning minor images when he’s alone to make guesses, build in magic what he sees in his mind. The truth is far more gorgeous. He waxes lyrical about how you rival every star in the sky, and will kiss you if you let him. He longs to know if your lips are as soft as he imagined. They’re better.

Wyll is a total gentleman and doesn’t comment until you bring it up. Maybe you ask a gentle, “what do you think?” and he can see how worried you are, how much courage this must have taken. He admires you so greatly. He gently threads his fingers through yours and tells you you’re the most perfect thing he’s ever seen - and you know he means every word.

Halsin takes your face in his hands, if you let him, and admires every inch of you. He remarks that nature did a wonderful job and he feels the way your cheeks heat up under his palms. He confesses that he’d love to see the sight of you without a mask every day, if you let him. You think maybe you wouldn’t mind.

Dammon is shocked when he sees you without a mask for the first time, bowled over and honoured that you trust him enough. He’d search for words to describe how wonderful you are but come up short because his tongue isn’t clever enough for all he wants to say, so instead he kisses you softly and sweetly. You never wear a mask to hide from his sight again.

Rolan is gobsmacked, and that’s a hard thing to make Rolan be. In fact he’s quiet for so long that you worry he doesn’t like it and you go to put the mask back on, but he snaps “no!” - when you stare at him in confusion you see how deep a red his cheeks have gone. “I mean… keep it off. If you want. Please…” You smile, and do.

Zevlor stares at you for a long time, so long you think maybe he doesn’t like what he sees. But then he whispers two words: “you’re perfect.” There is such sincerity in his eyes that you know he means it with his whole heart.
