A/N: A new series! I hope this is good enough because I’m still having ideas and it’s quite angsty… somehow. But, either way, I think I’ll enjoy writing this. And there will be a lot of parts, it depends though tbh LMAO but I hope you enjoy it otherwise. <3

Summary: You and she both agreed that it was just a whole “Friends with Benefits” some type of thing until you fall for her. You fall so deep that it hurts you seeing her being in love with someone else.

Mischievous Marko Mon

Poly lost boys x reader

The boys were woken up in the morning from being placed on the floor; Paul being the first then Marko. The two blonde cats raise their heads to be met with you; their eyes starting back into yours.

You slowly reached out one hand but nothing more, not making any movement to try and grab them or pet them, slowly Paul and Marko leaned forward their noses touching the skin of your hand; after a moment or so they lead forward.

You stood up after that walking towards your windows in the bedroom, you still had your curtains opened. You had blackout curtains and usually, due to your work schedule, you had to sleep most days to work nights. You closed the curtains and the room was in full darkness, only then did Paul jump out of the bag; laying there and having to hide from the sun made him all antsy.

He started looking around and jumping a little when your LED lights turned on, you giggled looking at the kitty. The low violet light in the room was calming and it was then that Dwayne was woken up from Marko's constant smacking with his little paw.

Dwayne jumped out looking around before exploring your room; you watched the fluffy and largest out of the four kittens wander around before your attention was taken by the smallest of the litter.

He was small and had blonde fur, but what stood out the most was how his fur was curled and not straight as most cat furs were; you placed a hand on his fluffy head and he started purring as you run your fingers softly through his fur as to not get then tangled in his fur.

Marko purred loudly getting close and snuggling into you getting Pauls's attention... He wanted snuggles... So Paul pounced up next to Marko; neither of them knew why they already felt an attachment to you already, maybe it was just the cat instincts talking?

Things were getting quiet, apart from the two kittens purring loudly next to you; you grabbed your phone connected your Bluetooth up, started playing your liked playlist, and listened to whatever came on.

You looked to your side as you noticed all the kittens were asleep, or you assumed... The two blondes were asleep for sure next to you, the white kitten still in the bag as asleep as you could tell from the very light snoring and shifting of the bag ever so often, the only cat you couldn't be sure of was the fluffy black one that had wandered unto your closet.

You shrugged it off and began looking around your room, finding some things you thought they might need or like to play with; you found some old newspaper and some old rag you used for painting and placed it down in the far corner of your room then got some random bug bowlss and filled one with water and another you would use for food.

After you got that out of the way and couldn't think of anything more they could need off the top of your head, you walked over to a small shelf that was stacked with books of all kinds even some you hadn't bothered to read, and took out one of your many unfinished sketchbooks and just started doodling on the pages. You were so distracted you didn't even feel the small puffball that had snuggled up to you.

Dwayne snuggled into you watching your hand move along the page, his dark eyes darting around watching you leave strokes of led on the page 'Marko would be happy to meet another art lover' Dwayne thought as his eyes drifted to the curly blonde. He started purring at the thought of how happy and excited Marko would be; he loved when the others were happy and excited that they could barely contain themselves, it made him feel warm inside even if he would never let them know that.

The boys all collectively jumped up at the sound of loud knocking, David now just realizing they were now in a room he did not recognize and started to freak out until he saw his other mates and knew that where ever they were they weren't in danger and that was one good thing.

The other boys looked around noticing that there was no shadow under the blackout curtains so they had slept through the day. Seeing the door open they all started making their way into the hall of your home; trying to find out where the knocking had come from.

They had made their way to the living room... Only to be met with a strange man standing next to you holding a delightful smelling bag.

The man slowly looked from the four of them to you with slightly wide eyes; a ghost of a smile on his lips as he slowly turned his body fully towards you.

"I left you alone for less than twenty-four hours... How is it that you managed to get not one Not two. But FOUR kittens?..."

You simply smiled at your friend and shrugged, to be honest, you didn't know why you took them home instead of giving them to an animal shelter or something.

"Ehh doesn't matter, I'm more interested in watching those scary videos and playing those spooky games you got! Oh and that bag of food you brought." You took the bag of food from your friend Cory, you normally had something called spooky scary Sundays but due to him being late this week it had been moved to Monday.

Cory laughed following you inside, putting his bag down, and setting up what he needed to get this spooky night going.

You looked over to the boys softly cooing at them to come to sit with you, they were hesitant at first I mean they don't know you but after a few moments Paul walked over followed by Dwayne and David, Marko, however, decided to be a bit of a brat.

Why did this guy have to be here? What was he to you? Did he get snuggles too?! He didn't know why he was feeling so angry and jealous over this guy he knows nothing about, the more he thought about it the more he realized he really only got this feeling when someone was talking to one of his boys.

Shaking that thought off he just slumped his way over to your spot plopping himself in your lap with a grumpy expression. You had started picking apart pieces of your food and giving small bite-sized bits for the boys to munch on.

The rest of the night went good when you got scared from a scene of the video or game you would hold one of the boys and snuggle up with them, Pauk enjoyed it the most as he milked the situation and shoved his head in your chest when you lifted him to you when you cowered with him.

Marko however was messing with Cory the whole night; from pulling the cords, stepping on the controller, to straight-up smacking Cory away with his paws when he tried to comfort you. It also didn't help that at the end of the night when Cory had left you giggled and teased him for being jealous and that he was still a pretty boy and didn't need to worry about Cory stealing the show; it made him feel a little better but also upset him as he felt you were patronizing him...

That night as the moon was going down and dawn would be arriving soon you laid in bed and the four boys snuggled up to you; Paul worming his way up to place his head in your chest, David snuggled up his head resting near your legs, Dwayne up on the top of the pillow his nose in your hair and Marko laid out on your stomach.

'You jealous Marko?' Paul teased 'no! So what if I was! Shut up, Paul!! I'm plotting' 'plotting what?' Dwayne chimed in 'oh nothing...' Marko giggled before drifting to sleep.
