Isaac:

Isaac would go into a store tell the salesperson everything he knows about that special person he wants give a gift and let the salesperson take care of the rest. The gift, the gift wrapping etc. Isaac just hasn't the capacity in his logical mind for gifts xD

Mozart:

Mozart would probaly choose the gifts himself, but would let them wrap by a saleperson. More time for him to think about the new piece of music he wants to play at the chritmas party.

Jean:

Jean would choose gifts that are useful for each member, put the items in a box, then put a ribbon around after Mozart told him it would look better and put them in a cloack-and-dagger operation in front of each room at night.
