Bee is a lot smart than most people realize, so of course he's gonna figure it out for the reason why Optimus always tried to protect him. Bumblebee does wonder how much he reminds Optimus of this Elita bot. But Bee does eventually learns a little bit more about her when he accidentally overhead Optimus and Sentinel about the resemblance between him and her. Let least this does give Bee an explanation of why Sentinel had always stared at him weirdly.

As for his reaction, Bumblebee only finds out just how much he looks like Elita when he accidentally found a photo of her, Optimus, and Sentinel. He's entirely flabbergasted about how much he looks like her.

Had a dream that Megatron kidnapped Bee and held him for ransom but instantly regretted it because he will not stop fucking talking and roasting everyone because he knows that if Megan kills him then the deal is off. My God, yes!!! Bumblebee resembling Elita doesn't help the amount of guilt that Optimus has for leaving her behind. I like to think that Optimus trying to protect Bee was at the beginning of their relationship. But he eventually realizes that it wasn't right and how it was unfair to Bumblebee to treat him as Elita instead of his own person.

As for the aftermath...

Optimus: I just- I'm sorry, Bumblebee.

Bumblebee, becoming confused and concerned: Boss Bot-

Optimus: I- I should've trusted you more. You were right, Bumblebee. You are your own bot, but please be more careful for your and your friends' sake.

And yes, Sentinel wouldn't be protective of Bumblebee, but he'll definitely stare at him a lot. Of course, back when Sentinel was Bee's drill sergeant, Sentinel had wondered if Bumblebee was Elita's clone or something. Plus, after losing Elita, Sentinel would have stayed away from Bee for a while since was too painful for him.

Blackarachnia also would have been shocked when she met Bumblebee. Surprisingly, Blackarachnia and Bumblebee didn't interact much, though I believe it's because it's painful for her to look at him since he looks like her before she was a techno-organic. So every time she looks at him, he reminds her of the time she was once that young and carefree bot she used to be.

Also yes, if given the chance, Sentinel would have asked Blackarachnia if she's related to Bumblebee, to which she responds with a big no.
