Yesterday Evening, My Friends And I Were Back In Cassette Beasts, Finishing Up The Last Of The Things

Yesterday evening, my friends and I were back in Cassette Beasts, finishing up the last of the things that we hadn't yet finished in the game—namely, the Fossil Quarry questline, and the entirety of the Pier of the Unknown DLC. The short story told in the latter was more touching than we expected, and the three of us ended up spending a lot of time afterwards getting a bit philosophical with the characters and ideas presented to us. Afterwards, I knew I wanted to draw something related to the DLC, so I picked one of the beasts that I recorded and used during my trip to Brightside Pier, the Lightning-type Lapacitor! And I'd say I captured the energy of this battery-bunny-thing quite well. Here's hoping there's more content for this wonderful game in the future!

Thinking tomorrow, I'm going to start sprinkling in art reblogs with my art, not just the occasional text post. Something I probably should've started doing ages ago, but nothing wrong with elevating the art of the people I follow here on Tumblr.
