As for Heatman he is the type of guy to ask if a seat is taken and then not wait for an answer/completely disregard it and sit on the closest person's lap. He doesn't care. Sometimes this means some poor bastard(usually flash or crash) gets immobilized for a few hours because he decided he felt like taking a nap there but really they're kind of used to it at that point.
