This is a great way to alternate weeks and switching up a routine

What's your workout routine/split?
Not as robust as I usually like, but my current job doesnβt leave much time for extra workouts. Go for quality reps β lower your weights and get your form proper, tempo right. Make the mind-muscle connection β visualize and feel the muscle group you are working. Choose weights that are challenging but donβt exhaust you after the first set. You want to do enough reps to get within one rep of failure every set. For me, thatβs right about when my form starts to break down. I try add either at least one more rep or a little more weight (sometimes as little as 2.5lbs) every week. Donβt rush it. Building muscle takes timeeeeee.
Mondays β Two chest exercises, two back exercises, two arm exercises, one abs
Tuesdays β Two anterior chain exercises (front of the legs essentially), two posterior chain (backside) exercises, two shoulder exercises
Wednesday β Rest
Thursday β Two chest, two back, two arms, one shoulder
Friday β Two anterior, two posterior, one anterior/posterior (depends on my mood)
Saturday β Sometimes arm and chest accessory work, usually just take a rest day tho
Sunday β Rest
