Every now and then, I think back to when the vld fanbase had this strange, borderline fetishized, parasocial relationship with Josh Keaton.

I get that he voiced Shiro, but it was the way some fans talked about him that genuinely made me feel uncomfortable.

Mind you, this is the first fandom I was in that ever treated an actor like that. I do think this happened in other fandoms, but I know Vld was the fanbase that I witnessed it happening on twitter.

It was so weird, because during livestreams on instagram, there would be this huge amount of people begging for him to talk like Shiro when he was making pancakes for his kids.

There was also a time where this small group of people from the fanbase on twitter said that he should have voiced Tamaki in the English dub of OHSHC. This was when the allegations towards a certain disgusting blonde were big news. Like, incredibly big.

Now, I like Josh. I find him to be a very versatile actor who loves doing his job. He literally has a love for the art of acting and entertainment. I have seen him in Suzume's dub, and he was absolutely phenomenal. Blew the rest of the cast out of the water, no question.

But him as Tamaki? No. The voice he would have done, which would have been either his normal speaking voice, would not have fit Tamaki. As someone who voice acts from time to time and is too character focused when it comes to certain shows, Josh would have been ill fit for the role.

I have met a lot of artists who ship pairings that I despise, and they are some of the coolest people I have ever come across.

Would love to commission those people but they either don't do OCs, or the commissions are (rightfully) expensive AF.

I will say that I love Detective Conan. I know the show is 99.9% filler. I don't care. I love a good show. The soundtrack is classic. The cast is phenomenal. Everything works. Hell, even the first english dub was pretty damn good.

When I get hyper fixated on Detected Conan again, I will apologize. Shinichi/Jimmy is my favorite character, and I will not hold back.

I have been trying to show a post to a friend of mine in discord and tumblr has not been kind to me.

I am begging for this to be fixed, but I am afraid that my cries will be heard of deaf ears.

Alright. I'm gonna be a little mean today. Not against anyone here, but to Redbubble.

I used to be a consistent artist. I worked incredibly hard, I drew a lot, and I had a really great art piece that I adored from a project that never took off. I post it on redbubble and it got reported for copyrighted material.

I was a YuGiOh artist, arguably still am, so of course I was confused. I tried contacting support with nothing to show for it because support was run by a bunch of computers.

I type in YuGiOh into redbubble and I see so much art. A lot of them being amazing works and a good handful straight up being screenshots from the show. And yet my piece wasn't good enough to sell on the platform's digital shelves?

For those interested, it was a doujin cover. With genderbent Atem. Let me see if I can still find it real quick.

I don't know what the issue was, maybe the text, but then I would still get it taken down without it. And like I said, I still saw YuGiOh art on there and stolen screenshots.

So It had to be the text, right? No. The bot that took it down claimed that it was a Konami property and therefore I couldn't sell it. I drew this by hand from the ground up and the only issue I had, aside from coloring, was the millennium puzzle.

I'm just... confused over the whole situation. Like... is my art not good enough to sell or something? Is Konami going to have an actual issue when there are people actively selling screenshots on there?

I just wanted answers.

I just learned that Adam was the fiance of Shiro and not just his boyfriend?

When was this confirmed? The showrunners say boyfriend yet the fandom wikis say otherwise?
