I Know Many Have Rightfully Pointed Out The Flaws Of Sword Art Online And Fairy Tail, But Im Fed Up Of

I know many have rightfully pointed out the flaws of Sword Art Online and Fairy Tail, but I’m fed up of individuals acting there’s no meaning or value in them whatsoever.

I’m working on a video going into detail why people like such “trash” stories.

But to make a long story short; I’m tired of the approach to hopepunk is to make everything grimmdark, Star crossed lovers, tearing characters to shreds, and pushing me to the brink of fucking insanity and forcing myself to laugh through it and assert myself like some kind of übermensch.

And I said “fuck it, I’m gonna go watch the trash anime” and these two delivered.

It’s rooted in gnostic thinking, they alone have the gnosis of things, so what they think and feel is all what matters

Snobs: Nobody finds that kind of a story/idea interesting, sorry.

Me: *points* there's people clamoring for this, so there is a potential audience.

Snobs: Those are wrong people, they are too stupid and crazy to know what good storytelling is. They should just go consume (approved thing)
