Weird peeve time. Calling lab grown gemstones “fake” is stupid because it’s the same shit just not formed naturally. An artificially grown diamond is the same shit as a natural diamond it is the exact same material bro it’s all fuckign carbon

current fan creation landscape is kinda like if you went to a party with a homemade cake and everyone takes a slice and silently thumbs up at you with no attempt to start a conversation except for occasionally some guy sits in the corner with a tape recorder critiquing the cake as though he was a restaurant critic and another guy is handing the cake to an uber driver like "yeah i need you to find a restaurant that makes cake like this so i can have more of it" and the only person that's talked to you in 30 minutes is a very sweet little guy who was like "hey i liked your cake" and then ran away apologizing for bothering you the moment you said thank you.

Me: okay I don't actually care about this problem for tonight I am not planning on eating soup or tea

Me: …yeah but if i do end up being stuck in a time loop starting tomorrow it is going to SUCK to have only dirty tea cups in the morning forever

I.. have no idea how many tabs i have open.. most of them are fanfics.. but they are open in groups and i start a new group when chrome starts lagging.. i could scroll for centuries.. for millenia.. the smiling face has been there for years.. it haunts my dreams sometimes.. i feel like i would die if i close any one of the groups or even just a tab if i haven't finished reading the fic... i'm never getting rid of them.. they will follow me in my grave...

I was searching for some info, so I pulled out my dusty Harry Potter books and while searching through them, I remembered how funny Voldemort is.

There's like 2 Barties? Bartyes?..no that looks wrong, let's go with Barties.

There's like 2 Barties in my head, maybe 3.

There's the tumblr Barty, the one that i see in fanart - the cool one, the slytherin, the full of tattoos and always has his tongue out in the pics.

And then there's the other Barty, the one i usually see in fanfics but also in tumblr incorrect quotes - the silly puppy, often in ravenclaw.

I guess there could also be a 3rd Barty.. yeah there deffinetly is - the one with a broken mind from the dementors and the imperious, the insane, dark lord fanatic, also seen in fics.

Are they 3 different people? Could all of that be in one person? Maybe they all really are one Barty. Who knows? Not me.

How do others see him? Do y'all also have just different Barties sitting next to each other on some random bench in your head?

ahh no.. everyone elready knows what i read.. and i'm like always reading(i sometimes just feel like a god(reading in public!!!omfg?! i'm like unbeatable now.. except when i have to talk to people)).. they just always assume i always read gay fanfiction(there don't have to always be relationships or sex, honestly)

every time the questions(and/or comments) are as follows: "who's fucking who?" "[guesses of the previous q]" "who's got a python up their ass?(or other variations related to pythons - a reference to a fic.. where no one had a python up their ass don't worry, but like we have an inside joke about that one now)" etc

the important part is the duel between albus and gellert..

they had the blood pact thingy, they swore not to fight eachother.. so how does that work??

cuz like they ended things after that fight no? it doesn't make sense in my mind that they would make the blood pact after it

or was that just like the duel when the blood pact broke(gellert trying to hurt/kill credence and albus defending him)? with albus defending uhh whoever tf.... or actually they just didn't duel? like who was dueling who?? this thing is gonna eat my brain

if private bookmarks on ao3 are able to be seen and the notes that i write able to be read i want to inform everyone that 'rereadable' from others' perspective might sound harsh or smth but it's the highest compliment from me cuz i hate rereading works i've already read(if i remember the plot n shit)
