Nothing man, was just randomly scrolling through book my show app and noticed that the PVR’s of Delhi are screening the entire Fantastic Beasts franchise at 4K IMAX, as well as Dune: Part 2 for the same and etc.

Im just reading the last book and the description Aberforth gives the trio about his sister sounds a lot like an obscurial?
- Has magic but suppresses it.
- Sometimes resulting in uncontrollable outbursts of magic (nearly destroying the house, especially if she is upset) which are not described any nearer
- would be considered dangerous and locked up if anyone found out
- fragile mental state-ish
- accidentally killed her mother in one of those outbursts

yes i am aware that she was blonde in canon but i think strawberry blonde is better because reasons unknown. Also Aberforth did her hair.

Not having watched any of the FB movies, but having read the wiki/watched my fair share of clips, can someone please please EXPLAIN to me how or if the blood pact between Dumbledore and Grindelwald makes sense?
Presumably, it was made before the infamous three-way duel that led to Ariana's death, because Gellert fled Britain right after that and besides I don't think Albus would be in a very peaceful mood considering how his sister died.
Which means the blood pact where they promised not to fight each other must have been made prior to, you know, the infamous three-way duel.
Unless they're going to make that the reason why Ariana died which is plotwise an inferior reason to the three of them being selfish and thoughtless while technically fighting over her.
In general, seems like they're butchering the Albus/Gellert backstory.
Okay, this makes more sense.
So, in that case, the three-way duel never happened and FB retcons the duel or introduces the possibility that Albus lied to Harry about it (in which case, the motive to lie is confusing)?
Or Albus was just unable to incapacitate or restrain Gellert during the duel?
Also, I can't remember whether the potion in the cave makes you see your worst memories, or just your worst fears? I think Kreacher says it made him see 'terrible things' but I can't remember when/if it's confirmed whether the visions are real or not.
I'm very attached to the plot implications of the three-way duel, though (specifically the fact that anyone's curse could have killed Ariana) so I hope that the duel wasn't retconned by the blood pact.

the duel between albus, gellert and aber-whatever-his-name-is-spelt-like.. and the whole ariana dies because of it thing
the important part is the duel between albus and gellert..
they had the blood pact thingy, they swore not to fight eachother.. so how does that work??
cuz like they ended things after that fight no? it doesn't make sense in my mind that they would make the blood pact after it
or was that just like the duel when the blood pact broke(gellert trying to hurt/kill credence and albus defending him)? with albus defending uhh whoever tf.... or actually they just didn't duel? like who was dueling who?? this thing is gonna eat my brain

haven't read the books, last time watched the films years ago, all i've been doing is reading fanfics and not even about them)
