IM SO EXCITED TO GET THIS FINISHED HOLY SHIT!

all i want to do is write that one fic that takes people’s breath away and kinda lingers in the back of their minds. i want to write something that makes people want to make art and play with my versions of characters or in the universe i created. i want to be able to create worlds that feel real enough to walk into and write lines that stick with people until they forget where exactly they heard it because it lives in their bones now.

you know when you’re writing a character and suddenly you get hit with that

because you know that this character

this wonderful and beautiful and innocent character

they’re going to die

and you’re going to be the one to kill them

and suddenly you feel like a malevolent trickster god who brings beings into existence for the sole purpose of smiting them for your own entertainment

fox headcanon for the real reason why he's so tired all the time

long story short? he's bored of not seeing any frontline action

so he starts prowling the lower levels at night as a vigilante

like he just says "there's not enough trouble here, so let me just go FIND SOME" and he goes and stops muggings, beats up creepy guys following women, and shoots up trafficking rings - and then he goes to work in the morning exhausted but content
