I had a dream last night that Tony Stark called Charles Xavier and the X-men and Magneto (alternate timeline movies) showed up on the helicarrier in The Avengers. The highlights include:

Scott repeatedly going to take off his glasses when annoyed at people only for Jean to silently pull his hand away without even looking

Peter yelling 'wooooohooooo' in front of a camera while kicking aliens in the battle of ny

Erik: *parental sigh* I apologise for my son

Nick Fury: Son?

Peter: Yep! So if you try to sell me any of your SHIELD bs, he *points to Erik* will kill you :)

To be honest I watched Avatar 2: The Way of Water almost by hazard.

I never care about Avatar and clearly it wasn't in my projects to watch this movie.

But then my Grandfather arrived for Christmas, he is a fan of James Cameron's work and wanted to see the new movie. But he didn't want to do it alone (understandable, to share your passion with your love ones make it more enjoyable) and no one in my family wanted to go with him because nobody was interested in Avatar, Cameron and sitting in a cinema for 3 hours. He spent almost a week trying to convince each of us multiple times to be sure at least one person will go with him. But nobody said yes. After all his tentatives I finally said I will go with him. Because it's my Grandfather, I love him and I can remember all these times when I was little where he takes me to cinema or in another place to watch or do something he had no interest in. Just to make me happy. It was only justice I try to make him happy too.

All my family praises me for "sacrificing" myself but that just rude? I get that the movie is long, VERY LONG, and even more when you don't really enjoy it but still. Me being nice to my Grandfather and sharing his interests shouldn't be such a big deal.

So anyway we go to the theater, watch the movie, I eat a lot of popcorn and my dad yell at us because we didn't remember taking the 3D glasses we already had at home but he actually never tell us before lmao.

The movie was Meh. The 3D was disappointing and scenario was kinda boring. Still I enjoyed it because I fell in love with all these kids being traumatized around. Literally all the kids are my favorite characters of the movie and the reason I didn't sleep (that and the very loud sounds in the cinema obviously) 💗.

Anyway you can now consider me as the stray cat of the fandom just loitering around to watch content about these babies. Have a nice day, Avatar fandom 💗.
