Aki: brushes his teeth, gets into his comfy jammies, collects up a bunch of blankets and pillows, makes a cozy nest and passes out. (snores a bit and drools in his sleep)

also stays up on his phone for at least an hour longer than he meant to lol

Haru: skincare routine with too many steps (I work at an Ulta and I had STRONG FEELINGS ABOUT THIS lol), brushes his hair, puts it up into tidy bun so it doesn't get all tangled, has a very soft bed, sleeps either shirtless, in his underwear or in the nude

unless he's out for a night then he might do the bare minimum of his self care and pass out without even putting a blanket over him lol

Fuyu: a sensible amount of skincare, brushes his hair 100 times, has either incense going or some kind of spray that puts a lavender scent on his pillow, does some nightly reading to wind down before cozying up in his bed and drifting off to sleep

when he learns about ambient music/sounds to fall asleep to, he'd be all over that
