it was night, and you and dino were getting ready to go to bed. the weekend after the promotions for svt's new comeback were over, you and dino went to a hillside resort to take some rest. you both were spending a week there, and today was your first day.

you exited the bathroom, a trail of fog leaving alongside you as you walked away from the room, into the living room. dino was lying down on the couch, a fluffy blanket around him. the fairy lights that decorated the room was the only thing that illuminated the room. the faint sound of the show on the tv drew you towards the handsome man quietly laughing on the couch.

dino looked up at you, and a soft smile took over his gorgeous face. he sat up and patted the space next to him. you joined him and dino instantly cuddled up to you, his hand snaking around your waist as he pulled you close to him.

the tv show was long forgotten as you and your boyfriend slept on the couch with a serene expressions on both your faces. your hand on his firm chest and another one draped around his waist. dino's handheld you tightly and protectively, the fluffy feeling making you feel safe and fuzzy inside. the whole world had been forgotten and the only thing that mattered was the comfort that you and dino brought to each other.

a few hours passed by and slowly you stirred awake. you pushed yourself off your boyfriend who was still sleeping soundly. you walked over to the kitchen table and checked the time on your phone. it was pretty late considering it to be half past one. the tv switched off automatically and the only source of light was the fairy lights.

curiosity got the best of you and you made your way toward the terrace. one of your experiences that you wanted to come true was to star gaze with someone that you considered the love of your life. leaning on the railing, you raised your head and closed your eyes when a sharp, cold wind reached your face.

opening your eyes, the stars that were present in the sky slowly started appearing. they radiated peace and serenity and that feeling held you whole. you ran back inside to wake up your boyfriend, so you finally crossed off one of the things on your bucket list.

but before that, you set up the terrace in a perfect way that made it look comfortable and romantic. blankets and two cups of hot chocolate were near the mini bed that was laid out on the terrace.

"dino." you shook his arm in an attempt to wake him up. your boyfriend groaned and held onto your hand as he did not attempt to wake up.

"dino." you tried again and again before he finally woke up and sat up, confusion striking his gorgeous face. he rubbed the back of his head as he pouted greatly. his hair was messed up and now in your eyes, dino looked like a fluffy puppy, not that you will ever tell him that.

even though you woke dino up from what seemed like great sleep, there was no sign of annoyance or anger on his face. he smiled while replying. "why did you wake me up? do you need something?"

instead of answering your boyfriend, you smiled and grabbed his hand while pulling him out to the terrace. dino saw the setup that you had planned out and a small gasp left him as he looked at the terrace with awe. he turned to look at you, "you did all of this? it looks amazing, darling."

a blush spread across your cheeks and neck at the compliment you received. you both lay down on the mini bed and held each other tight, wrapping the fluffy blanket around you. after settling in each other's arms, the both of you gazed at the sky, and the stars slowly came into your vision.

the peacefulness that engulfed both you and dino. the sparkle and twinkle of the luminate objects that floated around in the sky, captured your attention. in the back of your head, a strong feeling of excitement presented itself for finally ticking off one checkbox on your bucket list.

you turned your head towards dino and found him already looking at you, the glimmer in his eyes rivaling the stars present in the sky.

"why are you looking at me like that?" you asked softly, tucking a few strands of hair behind his ear. he smiled while placing a kiss on your forehead.

"no reason. you look relaxed." his sweet voice dripped with sincerity and honesty.

"you know, stargazing with my soulmate was something that's been on my bucket list for a very long time and today i finally completed it," you waited for a second, looking deep into dino's eyes before continuing. "with you."

the smile that grew on dino's face made you feel mushy and giddy inside. you turned back and looked at the stars again, unaware that dino's gaze never left you.

thoughts waged a war in dino's mind, every one of them holding a different emotion and signifying his current state of mind after you confessed and called him your soulmate.

dino felt a sense of accomplishment inside him. he felt ecstatic once he realized the true side of why you called him outside.

he stared at your face, admiring every small feature present on it. even though he had twelve brothers and countless fans who adored him, dino never felt complete but now he did. he finally realized that it was you who was missing. he was delighted with the fact that you wanted to do the things that you liked with him and him only. the heartwarming sensation didn't leave dino that day. it was that day that lee chan realized that he fell in love.

Wonwoo squints his eyes at the glaringly bright sunlight pouring in through the gap of the curtains. Still groggy from the sleep, he tries moving his left arm that feels slightly numb until he hears a light snoring.

He turns his head in the direction of the sound and is greeted by the sight of your peaceful sleeping face and he lets out a sigh of contentment. He moves a stray hair from your face before grazing your cheek with a finger lightly, not wanting to wake you.

He sees your face scrunching and you stir a little before opening your eyes halfway.

"Hi," Wonwoo's husky, morning voice is like music to your ears and you pray in your heart that you'll get to wake up to this every day for the rest of your life.

"Hi," you close your eyes then snuggle into his side, letting your arm fall across his torso.

He wraps his arm around your shoulder to pull you closer before pressing a kiss to the top of your head.

"How was your first sleepover?" Wonwoo asks, worried that you wouldn't sleep as well on an unfamiliar bed.

You adjust your position to rest your chin on his chest so you can look at him and his hands immediately find your waist.

"I slept like a baby. I could do this every day."

Wonwoo grins at you with a playful glint in his eyes then suddenly squeezes his arms around you tightly, one hand coming up to push your head into his chest and you let out a surprised shriek.

He starts laughing at your reaction and you smack his arm, signalling him to let you go.

When he finally loosens his hold, he tugs you up towards him and his lips find yours in a soft, gentle kiss.

He pulls back with a smile and you admire his beautiful face that was illuminated by the golden rays, making it seem like he was actually glowing.

He sits up slightly with you still in his embrace and buries his face in the crook of your neck.

"Good. Because I'm keeping you here with me forever."

His voice comes out muffled but you hear every word clearly and you're not opposed to his idea at all.

vernon - rooftop

"oh, hey.”

you looked down from looking at the sky and saw vernon, a guy who lived in your apartment building, walking towards you as the door behind him closed by itself. he was wearing his usual beanie with a hoodie and sweats, so he most likely had just gotten back from working if you were assume.

you smiled at him. "hey," you greeted. "how are you?"

"good. you?" he asked before sitting down next to you on the makeshift wooden bench that your landlord had put out.

"pretty good," you replied before looking at the night sky again. "there's a lot of stars out," you mentioned, "almost counted them because of how long i've been out here."

vernon chuckled, "i think you would've been here for an eternity if you did that. the sun coming up would've ruined your count," he said to you.

the two of you met like this a few months back. same bench, same nighttime sky. you would typically come out onto the roof before sundown and do work on your laptop before stargazing. because of vernon's work schedule, he would appear pretty late into the night, so sometimes you wouldn't even see him depending on the day.

you looked over at him. "did you have work today?" you asked him.

"yea, we got done filming early though, which was really nice," he answered, "and i can stay home tomorrow," he added.

"oh nice," you replied.

"do you have work or class?" he asked you.

you shook your head, "no. tomorrow i have neither," you mentioned.

"any plans?" he asked.

you shrugged your shoulders and glanced back up at the sky. "no, not really. i might go shopping if i feel like it."

"oh nice."

you looked at the time and realized that it was getting late for your standards.

"i'm gonna head back in," you said to him and stood up with your laptop in your arms.

"oh, okay. goodnight," vernon said to you, smiling.

"night," you smiled back and turned around to walk away.

"hey."

"huh?" you turned around to look at vernon.

"last time you said you watched the sunrise sometimes. i'll probably be up to watch it if you decide to come up here," he mentioned before glancing back up.

you smiled at him and turned away to start walking, "guess i'll see you in a few hours."

"huh, you really are up here," you said to vernon while hearing the door behind you close.

"oh, i just didn't go to sleep."

"vernon! that isn't good for you," you lightly scolded him as you walked over to him. "i shouldn't even be giving you this since you didn't get sleep but here," you said and handed him one of the mugs you were holding.

vernon held the mug with both hands and looked inside as you sat down next to him.

"coffee?" he asked, looking over at you.

"i seriously shouldn't have given you something with caffeine in it," you said to him as you took a sip of your coffee. "don't tell me you've been out here the whole night? it's freezing."

"nah, i played games all night before coming back out here," vernon answered and drank some of the coffee.

"you're crazy."

"i know."

the two of you talked for awhile and the sun eventually came up. you watched vernon as he looked at the sun rise.

"that's it?" he asked as the sun came up.

"what were you expecting? fireworks?" you replied to his response.

he shrugged, "you never know," he replied, which made you roll your eyes at him. "star gazing is much more fun than sun gazing."

"you shouldn't even be sun gazing, you'll kill your retinas or whatever," you said to him and stood up.

"sun gazing, morning gazing, whatever," he said and then you heard his stomach growl.

you laughed, "want breakfast?" you asked him.

"i was gonna ask you that actually."

"you can cook?"

"no, but i got money that i can spend."

"deal."
