Ever since coming out as trans, I've been bouncing around names unable to really decide on one, and even now have two primary 'identities' online.

And here I sit, fiveish years since coming out, and my brain just now pipes up with, "Hey, we COULD just go with the name Phoenix."

Literally been using it in one form or another for my online identity going on 30 years next fall. More people know me as Phoenix than my own name to the point that "Foe" is the nickname most people use for me. An option that has been staring me in the face for decades.

On Babylon 5, telepathic abilities weren't limited by touch, but physical contact was more intimate, and could cause a deeper connection.
