Yes, I totally agree with @ohicosplay. I've personally purchased from TNT and the quality is amazing. Foam you can buy in the form of floor mats or diamond mats just don't have the same quality and require so much more work before you can prime and paint it. I definitely recommend TNTCosplay. :)

Do you happen to know where to buy eva foam?

You can buy EVA foam in the form of floor mats on Amazon (We Sell Mats Interlocking Anti-Fatigue EVA Foam Floor Mat, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001E4XL3E/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_OUZxxbB5X1AVE ) Or just about any place that sells gym equipment (like Sports Authority)

Cosplayer Interview Contest!

Hey all! We’ve figured out the details for the interview contest :D

Info:

As our usual style, it’s going to be a raffle contest. This will give everyone an equal chance to enter! However, there will only be one winner, so each month we’ll reopen the contest.

If you win, we will send you 15 cosplay-related questions to answer and pick two of your cosplay photos to post with them. Once you have completed them and sent them back, we will put up a link and post on the blog of your interview until next month when the next cosplayer is picked!

Rules:

- You must be following cos-tips. We will be checking. - Both likes and reblogs of this post count as entries, so only 2 max! - No NSFW blogs. This blog has many underage followers.

And while it’s not an official rule, if you win, it’d be preferred if you answered each question in over three sentences. It makes it a more interesting read!

Entries close on May 13th, 2016.

That’s all for now! As usual, you’re totally welcome to message us if you have any questions! :D

@furriesfortrump @chandelyeah @allodiscourse Wow, it must be great knowing everything about everyone you meet on the internet. Did I tag random people I don't know in my post that held my opinion? No. Because I don't presume to know any of you like you did to me. If you had actually READ my post instead of seeing what you wanted to see so you could be angry at someone, you would've noticed that I don't have any qualms with girls who wear makeup. I have an issue with girls who think that the entire reason for their existence is to look pretty for others. If you're wearing makeup properly for yourself, fine. If you act like that's the only important thing in life, not fine. See how simple that is? The next time you want to make a snap judgment about someone you don't even know atleast get your facts straight.

girls who hate other girls for caring about their appearance are boring

For the Merida wig anon:

https://arda-wigs.com/shop/merry-classic/

Arda has awesome wigs at awesome prices. The are thick and full, heat resistant and easy to style in my experience. They have several tutorials on their website as well. Plus, they don’t charge an arm and a leg for them!

Hope this helps!

Okay, so I've been looking for a decent Merida wig that isn't $200+. All the ones I've seen are too short and don't have enough volume. What should I do? I am okay with styling wigs as well as sewing some together, I just don't want to spend a ton if I don't have to.

Hey!

So a while ago, someone posted on Cosplay Amino that she bought this ( Ainiel Women’s Afro-hair Lolita Wavy Fluffy Cosplay Wig Long Brown 27inches https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OC9MN3M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_DKHyxbK64N8QB ) wig from Amazon for her Merida cosplay and she really liked it! It’s $30 so I’d say that reasonably priced for good quality. If you want to make it thicker you can always sew two wigs together or buy another cheap Merida wig and use those wefts to see to the back of the $30 one.

Here’s a tutorial for sewing two wigs together:

And here are some tutorials for attaching and making wefts:

Hope this helps! Good luck with your Merida cosplay!
