Contrasting with my piercing brilliant sapphire blue orbs

Making my porcelain white skin more noticeable

Elegantly sauntering around the room

Making my presence known

Seeing countless reactions from onlookers

Leaving everyone speechless and a bold statement is made

Hearing the whispers and the gossip

Then I knew that I made a powerful statement

Star goes sliding, sliding by.

Stella goes drifting underneath the night's cloaked sky.

Star conceals itself in the nightly brume.

Brilliant drives the star to shine more dazzlingly.

Cosmic Fairy

In a galaxy so distant from the Earth's gravitational draw

There was a young girl who had gigantic multicolored butterfly wings

Sitting on a Gould's Belt

Watching the Milky Way tends to the infant starseeds and nursing them to well-develop stars in adulthood

She curled up in a fetal position and asked herself why she always ended up alone

She began to weep quietly and softly

The tears are streaming down

The brilliant glimmer from her wings started to slowly wither

Their once vibrant colors start to wane

With each teardrop, she alleviates

The belt becomes a tearful reservoir

The newborn starseeds began to softly glimmer

The gentle flicker provides her with enough light to reassure her that she doesn't have to be sad

She stopped and looked at the brightly lit stars

Seeing them brightly flickering

She smiled brightly and thanked them for brightening up her world

The sparkly butterflies suddenly materialize

They are brightly glowing in the vibrant colors of the rainbow

She couldn't believe her eyes

Knowing that it wasn't an illusion

She touched one of the twinkly butterflies

It brightly illuminates

She was entirely captivated by its glittery glint

Then, The brightly lit butterfly asks her

"She would guide them?"

Without any hesitation, the girl responded yes

She embraces them as her own

Making them a part of her life

She and her brilliant glint are leading the way

Traverses around the intergalactic orbit

The butterflies follow right behind
