Reading this gave me hives:

Reading This Gave Me Hives:

so what Sophie Turner is saying here is

“Sansa’s been through the worst” = fuck everyone else amirite? Also competing for who has the worst trauma is ugly, don’t do that folks

“Sansa isn’t very powerhungry” = yeah the scripts say otherwise. And even if she wasn’t, this doesn’t make Sansa more suitable because where did Arya ever show a desire for power? That’s right...she didn’t. So by this logic Arya should be in charge. Or you know, literally any other still living sibling. Make it make sense luv.

(Oh no I forgot...Arya only exists to execute people for her smart, kind and wondrous big sister. She’s too damaged to ever be given any sort of responsibility. Sorry. My bad. /s)

“Diplomatic and just”? Wuhhh?? Homegirl, your character spent seasons sneering at people and going out of her way to cause tension, not to mention the attempt to have two children kicked out of their homes because of their father’s actions.

And then there’s the script shedding light on Sansa’s petty ass sending Brienne away because she didn’t want to share her with Arya (like Brienne is a toy or something, and what kind of person has any business leading anything when they display such childish behaviour? Come on lmao) and I’m not even going to go into the fact that she was considering having Arya executed because she was being fooled by Littlefinger again (much just very diplomat) because I get way too heated.

conclusion: Sophie Turner doesn’t know what she’s talking about, and it’s always really sad to see Maisie Williams just go along with everything she says - even when it’s so blatantly misogynistic and untrue. And those trauma olympics? Yikes, hun.

And you know what? I really couldn’t give less of a shit about Sansa’s flaws. It’s what makes characters interesting. What I really can’t handle is the way these flaws are justified on screen, as though everything Sansa says or does is right, and everyone else around her is inferior to the O Wise Lady of Stark™️.

And the stans...the stans.

In those later seasons your fave fucks up, your fave says and does dumb shit, the only difference is that she gets a pass for it every single time and everyone else is either brutally murdered by their lover, sent to live in isolation or on another continent, or constantly ridiculed and undermined by the Sass Queen of the Lemons™️. I’m so over it. I’m so, so over it.

PS. If I get one single clowning stan trying to come for me on this appropriately tagged post, your ass is blocked.

As if she wasn't cowering in the crypts. Projection at its finest. Hypocritical af. What despicable character. She was always dislikable/unlikable, including her book counterpart🤷‍♀️

Why Sansa was so dislikeable by the end?

Antis trying to justify their argument that the Targaryen's are N*zi's because they have "Aryan" in their name when:

And:

The word Aryan comes from the ancient languages of Iran and India. It was the term that ancient Indo-Iranian-speaking people likely used to identify themselves in the period around 2000 B.C.E. This ancient group's language was one branch of the Indo-European language family.

The term "Aryan" was used as an ethnocultural self-designative identity of the Indo-Iranians and the authors of the oldest known religious texts of Rig Veda and Avesta within the Indo-Iranian branch of Indo-European language family—Sanskrit and Iranian, who lived in ancient India and Iran. Although the Sanskrit ā́rya- and Iranian *arya- descended from a form *ā̆rya-, it was only attested to the Indo-Iranian tribes.

In any case, scholars point out that, even in ancient times, the Aryan identity as asserted in the Rig Veda was cultural, religious, and lingustic, not racial; nor do the Vedas contemplate racial purity. The Rig Veda affirms a ritualistic barrier: an individual is considered Aryan if they sacrifice to the right gods, which requires performing traditional prayer in the traditional language, and does not connote a racial barrier. Michael Witzel states that term Aryan "does not mean a particular people or even a particular 'racial' group but all those who had joined the tribes speaking Vedic Sanskrit and adhering to their cultural norms (such as ritual, poetry, etc.)". Scholars state that the historical Aryans, the Vedic period Bronze Age tribes who lived in Iran, Afghanistan, and the northern Indian subcontinent—composers of the Rig Veda and Avesta—were unlikely to be blond or blue-eyed, contrary to the proponents of Aryanism and Nordicism.

Then this happened:

In conclusion, Hitler and Arthur de Gobineau - whom all should hate - took the word and butchered it, like many old white men claimed cultures and countries and butchered them, and we should respect the true origin of the world and surrounding cultures/traditions/religions.

Not use it as a basis to bash a fictional family, which in turn makes you look like a huge asshole for weilding the name Aryan in the same way Hitler and N*zi's once did.
