dragons, names, and nogard (a thought)
if you named a dragon nogard, wouldnt there be issues? like.. disregard the fact that its… very.. cheap. (im embarrassed by the fact i didnt realize it was dragon backwards until a character pointed it out ;-;) because everytime you say it you say 'no'. but youd have to teach them yes and no, and youd usually say no when saying nogard. so they could either perk up everytime you say no around them, or then theyd end up associating their name with negative connotations
and this is my very half-baked thought that i had of maybe an hour ago but forgot and couldnt write it down because i was eating
also kind of my reasoning for 'dont use names that have similar sounding words that you use often'
although itd all hinge on the idea that theyd register nogard as their name (because they might very well be ignorant) ..and that you say no a lot. 🤔
i tried streaming

The Mug and the Maiden: Vol 1 by Sir Wilton Moore Summary / BATDR [Bendy and the Dark Revival]
HI. THIS IS FUTURE ME. I found this in my drafts wtf I never posted this???? ???????? past me below: hi. i read it all.
basically take my summary if you arent bothered enough to read all 4 chapters but are willing to read my long paragraphs
that story i think meant nothing i read through it all its about a mug of cheese- basically theres this mouse who was named vermin of the year so he had to get some cheese and when he tried to get some he was trying to get past this plank but it rained so it was wet and heavy and it crushed him to death this caused a stench to flow through the castle and the county which led to rita's (who ran a tavern for the knights) husband to die she was working on a new drink or something i think with cheese so she went to the cheese shop to buy cheese (text states not to question the plot hole of why the mouse didnt go to the shop instead) and bought a lot so she put it in a sack (but accidentally grabbed some things that were not hers, like the cat, the owner's cash box, AND the mug of cheese) The mug of cheese was there because when he set off on his journey he ran into a witch who was committing a crime by eating cake too early in the morning but then she offered to make him scones, and no mug of cheese would refuse, so he said yes. Unluckily, the witch bumped into something and a vial of cursed liquid went into the scone, cursing him into a deep sleep. Eventually the witch left to do work in town and the elves took over the house which overgrown with vines the owner of the cheese shop found the mug of cheese one day and put him on the shelf where he still slept so then Rita was leaving to get back to the castle but people were working on replacing the path with stone which would take years, so she took a detour and there was a sign that told her to go the other way but no one can read so she went right, right into a forest of dangers with Bernard who eats human flesh
Bernard pretends that he changed and doesnt eat humans, which Rita lectured him and was gonna leave if Bernard didnt do anything so Bernard said he would Rita in her panic hit Bernard with the heavy sack of cheese, knocking out all of his teeth and even his eyes. Then the mug of cheese, Riktor the Cracked had a glorious crack on his mug, which completed his adventuring mission despite not really doing anything besides being in the right place at the right time. Somewhere else there's this person called Evil in a cave where the awful stench of the dead mouse makes it way up to them and tales of the Infamous Evil spreads through town the story ends theres one part though that might be helpful "Be we cracked, or small, or even dead, there's always a purpose to where we all led. Be brave, and strong, and lest we forget; Fate isn't quite done with any of us just yet."
(CW: talking about non-con and attempted non-con and stuff) I've been thinking a lot and just. I think everyone probably knows but the like DC comics are really bad. Or well the batfam-related ones? I've never read them myself, or any others but ive seen panels and just they suck. its messed up ??? There's Dick being non-conned and then called a sl-t over it (MIRIAM. DISGUISING HERSELF AS KORI or starfire. AND SHE SAID THAT OUT LOUD BUT PPL STILL CALLED HIM A sl-t, just for getting heated in the sheets with his lover when it turns out said lover was actually someone else disguised as her. DUDE. aND THEn THEY GAVE HER A BACKSToRY OF HOW she was like brainwashed to think she was dating dick, and that i think her dick was a huge asshole to her??. ALSO when he was 17 there was a thing where they were trying to get into wayne enterprises and kinda slept with dick- cant remember her name) and its just like. DUDE (also also the creator literally said that its not [r-word] and more non-con or something stupid like that, as if theres a difference?? also it might just be me but the r-word sounds really.. fhfdusih and i just dont like saying it, as if noncon is better but its not really, i just struggled with it for awhile feeling like the r-word just made it a lot more real and vile so i just say noncon instead ;w;) and i probably dont know the bulk of it because im not a comic reader BUT YOU CAN SEE THE ISSUE??? though if i read it in the past itd probably fuck with me cause id take it to heart and end up down a rabbit hole of guilt when its *really* not the victims fault dude i feel so bad for the people who mightve gone through something similar, read the comics and then thought 'god im such a sl-t' when dick HAS said no before and it was completely ignored?? "Don't.. touch me, I'm…" He goes on to say that it was his fault, that Catalina was his responsibility and that it was his fault for letting her kill blockbuster (WHO was literally killing everyone who even just TALKED to dick or lived in the same apartment building as him, which its reasonable that he just. broke.) WHICH. fuck man. and theres also the time where selina (catwoman) kissed him or something and later stated it was to make bruce jealous in which, let me stick with my fanon personalities of characters where they *dont* do that :') and then theres tim nearly being nonconned by like. i think ppl are calling her ra's half-sister or something like that to get like an heir (cass saved him tho :D)
which DUDE ????? and i think jason and talia have fucked too, but it was sometime AFTER jason was resurrected by the pit and he couldn't have really consented then?? i refuse to accept that and who knows what else is there. just. DUDE. please tell me theres a time where its actually addressed healthily and theyre not just accusing the victim sobb
