okay so. this moment has been sitting in my brain for awhile.

remember that moment after we leave like the gaunt whatever its called (i think its gaunt? it was like. tom riddle's father's name. and i think riddle was his mom's.. i think. i think...? oh my god my memory sucks)

after we got trapped in that place that forced us to use an unforgivable (meaning that if they went alone they'd be trapped to starve. i think one of the gaunts in the past died there)

so basically.

we had like options i think. we crucio our friend, our friend crucio's us--

or there was a third. and i think it was crucio that person instead. i honestly cant remember

anyway. so. the player chooses to (it was be crucio'd or that person crucio'd someone else)

and we go through that dialogue

and then i just remember this awkward moment or something where its like '..so. uh. can you teach me that spell' (i think they went back and re-did it just to get it)

or maybe im thinking of the wrong one and it was adava kedavra. mans just traumatized after i think. i think he killed his dad..? or was it his brother(?)

anyway random fact: the hand motion for the killing curse is the same as the mark on harry's forehead. Z or like a lightning bolt basically.

yeah i think i was thinking more about the adava kedavra moment instead of crucio. but i know we learned crucio.

i have been drawn in by the cute art style. i tend to take names from the recent-ist stuff i've consumed, so I have stuff like Blank Dreamer as a name (Blank Dream, an RPG Maker horror game), Itachi (Naruto), and recently for a roleplay I've been Silver. And then OCs like Reinen and Calisto since I'd wrote them recently. etc etc

So. I was gonna go silver again, and so logically the other pairing would be Sebek or something, but I don't have a lot of options for hair colors (no green D:)

so now here I am, with my Riddle & Floyd lmfao. I gave him long hair but before he had shorter hair? I just saw this hair that was Leona-like that I wanted.

dont ask me why i have two TVs. also i just realized the tv blocks the fridge...

anyway since im tagging this as twst, heres a twst screenshot. i dont remember why i took it but i dont think i ever used it lol

if i ever mentioned this already, my bad. but so my plan is to have something from every dorm? although I don't know if I'll have enough room, or if it'll look too cramped and awkward.

(Minimum is like, each dorm having 'table-chair')

I did Octavinelle first cause I got the birthday Azul, so there's the broom, the table, and a chair.

Heartslabyul has like the big chair instead of a stool, and a table.

Then I started doing Savanaclaw, so it just has a table for now, but I'm working on getting the big chair instead of a stone stool.

its so good, i cant understate how good it is

apparently it was written before an official english translation came out (holy crap)

its very enjoyable

its VERY long (a million words..)

i understand that some ppl dont like crossovers, but this is more that yuu's a witch from the hp world who ended up in twisted wonderland. you do sort of need knowledge from it because you might not understand what things do or what yuu's referring to, but i think you could probably still get by with just twst knowledge

additionally, while it follows the storyline-ish (as in it still goes in the book order established)

think of it like an alternate retelling of events. some things will be similar, some things will be wildly different. (in that aspect id assume that you could probably read it without twst knowledge either. there's also in the notes explanations on stuff, like names, terms, etc etc)

i cannot sing its praises enough!

the author's last update was something like their file for the next chapter getting corrupted, so they had to rewrite it. been a hot minute since then but also their chapters are ungodly long

question: why do all the overblots (well I've only seen like 4 of them so far) happen around their dorms?

Riddle Rosehearts. In like the courtyard (idk its official name). like the garden area place. which is within the dorm

Leona Kingscholar. It was on like the spelldrive field in Savanaclaw.. i think?

Azul Ashengrotto. Just outside like around the mostro lounge area? or maybe a little farther but still there

Jamil Viper. I think he overblotted like *inside* the building? my memory is horrible im so sorry but he like. flung us all the way to the edge of the world thing. but before that they were inside.

(i havent gotten to the rest of the books yet)

i mean. sure is convenient it happens where there usually arent people from multiple dorms around, to, say, 'catch' the weaknesses of the housewarden (or vice) overblotting and being all vulnerable-y?

maybe its just a weird coincidence.

or maybe its because since it focuses around the dorm (each book i mean) that it makes more sense for it to happen within the dorm instead of somewhere else.

but its still kind of weird. something smells fishy /hj

(anyway also. its interesting that for every next book, the people we met in the last book tend to help.

then we had like the cards (ace and deuce are a given as our first friends. trey got injured. im gonna be honest i cant remember where cater was, oops) involved-ish with the thing with savanaclaw (+ riddle, who was all 'OFF WITH YOUR HEAD' [also ruggie stole riddles pen way back then and there was a chase twistune])

then there was leona and ruggie stealing azul's contracts and destroying them and stuff (and also helping with planning. i cant remember where jack was dont ask me, i honestly dont think i liked him that much first time round but i changed my mind)

and then with jamil, the octo trio or whatever their name is budged on in, and played a key part in revealing that jamil was the one mind controlling kalim and stuff yknow?

..sure feels like we arent doing a lot ourselves.)
