I hate to crawl back and be a beggar but things have gotten dire with our elderly dog Sable. She's stopped eating and is becoming dangerously thin, and unfortunately all the money we bring in goes towards food and paying for our motel room each night. We have an appointment set up for Monday, but:

We can't afford the base appointment, let alone whatever they'll have to do after diagnosis

Our car battery keeps dying due to bad battery cables so its a gamble if we can even make it to the appointment in the first place.

We're looking to gather up at least 200 before Monday, and if anyone could lend a hand it would be greatly appreciated. I'm also still offering those $20 pixel commissions for anyone interested.

Volo is a fae. His Pokésouled species was Normal/Fairy before dying and becoming Ghost-types, and they never really lost their faeishness. Notice how money isn't on there? Yeah, that's part of why he hated being a merchant. He loves bartering and making deals like any fae does, but the things being bartered and the deals being made in a merchant career bore him to death. He doesn't give two shits about such common, ordinary things as Potions or Poké Balls and he certainly doesn't care for using his talents solely so that his boss and the Ginkgo Guild can make a profit. He would much rather be paid in any of the above--enriching his knowledge, amusing himself, having beautiful things to appreciate. But the rules of that profession say he can only be paid in cold hard cash.
