“ Thank you so much. Have a goodnight.”

You’ve never been so glad to say goodbye to this endless day of hardship; the sight of the ‘open’ lights flashing off made a single tear stream down your cheek.

“Thank you, God.” You whispered into the empty diner atmosphere.

Just when you were about to loosen the strings on your apron, those godforsaken chimes that alert the cafe a customer is waiting, but this can’t be the sign is off.

“ Get Out!” is what you wanted to say, but instead, you kindly turned towards the door and kindly smiled even if it’s painful. “ I’m sorry, but we are closed- “

You were expecting an annoying customer but welcomed by an ombre hair man with sweat on his brow and troubled eyes.

”Damnit-! Fuckin writa block!”

The man stumbled forward, falling into your arms, allowing you to get a good whiff of the pungent alcoholic stench oozing out his pores.

”Sir-You're dropping your papers.” You managed to drag his soaked body to one of the booths. Oh no, It’s raining! The man’s papers were scattered about the street. You couldn’t believe your fishing papers in the rain for some stranger.

Drenching wet, You locked the cafe doors and huffed. “Hey, I tried to save your papers-but I could only get a few of them-“

The man sniffled. Was he crying? “It doesn’t matter anyway?” His deep raspy voice sent chills up and deep your spine. The look in his eyes when they met yours was heartbreaking. “It will never good”.

He banged his fist on the table repeatedly until you caught it midway.

“I’m not good enough!” His tears streamed down his chubby cherry cheeks. “ I drink and drink usually it helps but this time nothing!”

“Maybe you're overthinking this um?”

“Yoongi”

“Yoongi,” You smiled, liking the ring of his name in your head, settling beside the poor kitten you handle his larger hand in yours this sweet gesture earned you some eye contact.

It's time to stand on the soapbox.

“ Yoongi, Don’t you think you're being a little hard on yourself-“

“Music is all I have-I-I can’t afford writer’s block.”

Oh god, It’s taking everything out to pinch those chubby cheeks and give him all the kisses in the world even though you just met him.

“ Just because you have writer’s block doesn’t mean you lost your feel for music. Based on all the papers I picked up I say you’re amazing-You’re just..just carrying the world on your shoulders when you can’t lift something that heavy. Think light and it will come to you.”

That night Yoongi spent with you, speaking his mind and enjoying the warmth of your comfort. I hope you realize you have a customer for life.

My favorite part in all this chaos is Kookie making Tae laid down with one arm.

It's a mystery how you got addicted to him. Still, it was possibly something along the lines of looking into those big doughy eyes of him, staring at his large inked hands trailing up his forearms to biceps and god knows what other parts of him or his fluffy hair-take your pick honestly.

If it isn't clear enough, Yn loves her some Jungkook; oh, come on, if you saw how cute he is, you would want to smother him in a thousand kisses too but don't let the cuteness and baggy clothes fool you.

He's beefy.

One time, He was in an awful hurry, and Yn being Yn, wanted to indulge herself in a daily dose of Jungkook but not having the time or patient for her tomfoolery.

Doing a hundred miles per hour, Jungkook sped down the sidewalk performing excellent parkour service.

”Kookie!”

” Yn!?” Jungkook’s shoes left skid marks from his need to do an emergency stop. ”Why would you stop right in front of me? I could have ran you over. ”

Yn gave a casual giggle, enjoying the reddish-pink spread across Jungkook's cheeks and nose. ”Kookie, I-”

”I’m sorry, Yn, but I don't have the time today-So, please-”

Yn ’eeped.’ Jungkook kindly lifted her up and out of his way, setting her on one of the outside dining areas of the cafe.

”But I made you lunch-”

Jungkook froze happily, jogging backward to Yn. ” Ok, Maybe I have a little time.”

As of right now, Jungkook sprints to the safety of his home, slamming the front door shut behind him and securing the locks. He threw his back against the door, sighing in relief.

“Ha-Ha,” Jungkook chuckled. “Good. ”

“Kookieeeee!!”

“Ah!” He let out a faint shout remotely similar to Homer Simpson's but spin around only to find out it's just Jin hyung and the rest of the giggling school girls gang watching from the Kitchen Island.

Kookie Jungkook's jaw stiffens. “Not funny at all.”

Jimin let an “Oof.” then a hearty laugh at Jungkook’s pale skin concealed in red lipstick. “I see she got the best of you again.”

“She's short. How did she manage to reach your forehead?” Hoseok asked.

Taehyung smirked, “At least Jungkook doesn't discriminate women by their size. ”

“You've seen her? ” Yoongi raised his brow.

Namjoon added his two cents. “Yep. Tae and I went into town for groceries, and she asked what Jungkook's favorite desserts were. She’s short and very curvy.”

“Oooo, Jungkook,” They teased.

In response, Jungkook rolled his eyes and headed to his room to end another stressful day.
