Since the script for season 2 already exists, they should just film it using their phones and what not and release it on YouTube or something. I'll watch it even if they make it using the camera of a Nokia phone with a keyboard.

cancelled scifi has a page outlining the most effective strategies for a call to action when a show has been cancelled, which include 1) social networks, 2) online viewing, 3) online petitions

In regards to online viewing, we are aiming to get the show into netflix's top 10 this week. television stats has rankings available on their website -- dbd has gone up over 400 spots in the past 2 days in overall rankings

and is currently at #16 out of the shows on netflix alone

The petition is currently over 7,000 signatures

Here's some actual data showing that this not just about dbd, netflix has been cancelling more and more shows across the board over the past few years
