Turns into:

“I may not know how, or why, but I know the other kids are making fun of me.”

You get:

“I may not know how, or why, but I know there’s something wrong with me”

You know how people often lump trauma survivor behavior with autistic behavior? It’s because in today’s world, we simply cannot produce non traumatized autistic people.

Having social anxiety is so weird bc wdym my brain legitimately processed the thought: “wait what if none of this is real and my brain is just making everything up and in reality im saying nonsense words bc im not actually where i think i am rn bc I’m hallucinating and my whole life has just been one mass hallucination???”
