Mitsuya realises he likes her more than a friend.
Mitsuya x f!reader
You two were stuck together ever since you were kids. It’s like you were glued one to another and everyone knew that if one of you was somewhere the other was nearby. It was always Mitsuya and (Y/N) and always will be. Even after Mitsuya met Draken, after he joined Toman and changed as a person. He still stuck by you. Thought as years went by Mistuya realised what he felt for you wasn’t just a typical friend bond.
Mitsuya walks towards the house where the party was happening and the moment he opens the door the music gets louder and he feels as if he stepped into another reality. All of the yelling from different people blend into one sound and he tries to push it away and concentrate on the music playing in the background. But his eyes were looking around to see one person that he came here for. And as he took in his surroundings a familiar face could be seen in a corner. Mitsuya’s lips turn upwards and he smiles to himself being glad that it didn’t take too long to find you. Thought as he walked closer he noticed you weren’t alone, you were laughing with someone else. With another guy.
And then Mitsuya suddenly stops in his tracks. And as he looks at you two he feels his thoughts slowly form into a hurricane as his stomach turns and he feels like he’s slowly losing grip from reality.
“Why do I feel like this?” He mumbles to himself.
He has seen you hanging around with plenty of guys and it was never a problem to him. Maybe because they were all Toman members and knew how close you two were? He doesn’t know. He doesn’t fully understand why he feels the ugly emotions he’s feeling now. After all you were his friend.
Ah. Maybe that’s the issue. He’s just looking out after his friend. He doesn’t know if the guy you are talking to has pure intentions with you. You were like his sister.
So he decides to look at you two for a while. You seemed happy talking to the guy. Leaning forwards to him as you laugh at his joke. And the guy gives you a look. Mitsuya knows that look.
He wants to kiss you.
And before Mitsuya can even stop himself he marches up to the two of you and grabs you by the hand. And before you can even react, he has already dragged you outside and you stood near his motorcycle. Mitsuya’s breaths were uneven as his hands now were formed into fists and his knuckles were turning white.
You stood still a bit confused as you looked at a Mitsuya you have never seen before. The weather was a bit chilly and the wind caressed the skin of your bare arms. Then suddenly the reality of the situation hits you and you step closer to Mitsuya.
“What the hell was that, huh?” You ask him with a bit of spite in your voice.
“What was what?” He rolls his eyes as he glances at your figure.
“Mitsuya. Why did you do that?”
And he stops in his tracks. What does he say now? Why did he do it? It felt like at that moment he couldn’t control himself and he just did what his body and mind wanted to do at that moment. What he felt was right. But how does he tell you that without sounding like a complete weirdo? His heart starts beating faster than ever and now thoughts start flooding his mind. Will you hate him for this? Will you two get into a fight? Will you not talk to him for a while? What if he loses you? He cannot tell you the truth.
But his thoughts stop when he feels someone shaking him lightly.
“Taka, snap out of it.” You softly say as you see him gather himself and stand straight again.
“Let’s go for a ride, (Y/N).” He suggests but you cut it short.
“No. We have to talk. What is happening?”
And you see him collecting his thoughts while he tries to speak up. His lips part open for a second and then he closes them. It feels like time slowed down while Mitsuya tries to spit the words out. But it feels like there’s a clump of dirt in his throat getting bigger than ever and for a second Mitsuya looks like a kid again. Lost and afraid, not knowing if he’s going down the right path. You take his hand into yours and with your thumb start drawing circles on his palm, trying to calm him down.
“Don’t hate me after this.” He mumbles.
“I won’t. I could never hate you, Taka.” You softly smile at him.
He needed you now, you think. More than ever. Maybe something happened at home? Maybe there were problems with the gang? Maybe-
“I got jealous.”
Oh?
“Why?” You tilt your head and he thinks you couldn’t look prettier. The moonlight shines on your face and makes it look even more angelic than ever.
“I.. (Y/N). I like you.”
“I like you too, Taka.”
“No. You don’t get it. I like you more than a friend. (Y/N) I got jealous because I want you to laugh at my jokes. I want to be the one to make you smile and I want you to look at me. It made me mad that that guy was getting your full attention and-“ he suddenly stops and his eyes get wider. “I’m sorry. I’m so so sorry, I spoke too much didn’t I?” He moves his hand away from yours and tries to sit down on his bike, but before he can do that he feels your arms snake around his torso.
“Mitsuya Takashi. You’re a complete idiot.” You whisper. “I see only you. I love you.”
He turns around and you see the shock in his eyes. He puts his hand on your cheek and stares deeply into your eyes before asking.
“Can I kiss you?”

Ride or die
Platonic!Haitani brothers x gn!reader, slight Sanzu x reader. Izana, Kakucho and Mikey are mentioned. This is around 3k words
“What happens if one of us dies?”
“If I’m being honest. I think if one of us dies the other two would follow.”
“Right to the grave?”
“Yeah.”

PLEASEEE READ THE WARNINGS: drugs, guns, death, angst no comfort, no happy ending, addiction to drugs, overdose, curse words, slightly sexual themes? Like mentioned one time I think. This is just rough. I’m not too happy with how this was written but it has a lot of dark and heavy themes. Mentions of religion, atheism. Mental health problems. Mentions of abuse from family members. Mentions of suicide. Parts with the italic font are memories from the past.

“Growing up poor was shit. The ‘money doesn’t buy happiness’ was also a shit joke that probably a middle class person came up with. Maybe they were even rich? Because surely a poor person would never say something that dumb. What could be even shittier you might ask? Growing up with two drug addicts that always forgot they even had a kid.” Your fingers tap on the metal table in front of you. “For a couple of years I grew up completely alone. At the age of four I already knew how to cook myself something I could call meal and knew how to take care of myself. I thought that I didn’t need anyone else and I could be fine with being alone. But it got.. lonely after a while I guess.” A pen clicking and then touching a paper sounded way louder than it usually did. Probably because the room was nearly empty. And cold. It was very cold. It reminded you of a place you once called home.
“When did you meet the Haitani brothers?” The woman sitting in front of you pushes her glasses up and clicks her pen a few times. You smile slightly and lean your head back.
“I was six. We met in a playground. I ran away from home, because my parents went batshit crazy and started throwing plates at me. It was nothing new, but still. I always felt safer when I left that house. So I ran out every time something bad happened and came back when I knew that they would be asleep.”
Crocodile tears were running down your face, while you were running away from your parents. Your small palms reached your cheeks as you tried to wipe them off. And as you finally reached the safest place you knew of, you fell flat on your but and then laid down on the grass. The sky seemed so peaceful. Clouds looked like boats, sailing around the blue waters of the sky. And as you took in the beauty of your surroundings, you didn’t notice the two boys coming up to you, until they laid down next to you. One on each side.
“Hey. You okay?” One of them asks and you quickly snap your head to the side, your eyes meeting his.
“Yeah. Fine.”
“Doesn’t look like it.” The other boy states as they both stare at you. “I’m Rindou. And that’s my older brother Ran.”
“I’m Y/N.”
“Hm.” The woman hums and keeps on writing. “You know I’m trying to help you right? I need to give you as much information as possible. Otherwise you know what’s waiting for you.” She sniffles and straightens her posture, trying to look as professional as possible. “You all did horrible crimes. But before talking about that, I need to know about how it all lead up to that. Maybe you have any mental illnesses you don’t know of yourself. So tell me everything. Every little detail you can remember.”
“What if I don’t remember much?” You stare right at her, making her uncomfortable.
“Tell me what you remember, (L/N) (Y/N).”
“Hold my hand c’mon, (Y/N)!” Rindou yells and you grab onto his extended hand. “Move your fucking ass faster! They’re right behind us.” The both of you take quick turns, trying to mislead the cops. Growing up in Roppongi meant that the three of you knew the streets quite well. It seemed like you had it all mapped out in your head. So it wasn’t like it was too hard to run away. But in this moment it was, since you got shot in the leg.
“I can’t, Rin. Shit I can’t feel my fucking leg, how do you want me to fucking run?!” You yell right back at him and suddenly he lifts you up and throws you onto his shoulder, mumbling “c’mon, c’mon please” under his breath. A car stops right in front of you and Rindou thanks whatever gods that Ran wasn’t high out of his mind and actually came to help the both of you out. He opened the door and laid you down onto the backseat before hopping into the car himself.
“They’re bleeding.” Rindou shouts at Ran and Ran’s knuckles turn white as he grabs even harder onto the steering wheel.
“They’ll be fine.” He tries to convince himself and his younger brother at the same time. “We just need to reach Izana. He’ll help us out.”
“Stop.” The woman interrupts you. “Who is the Izana you’re speaking of?”
“He was a well known delinquent that led his own ‘kingdom’ as he liked to call it. It was a gang full of strong delinquents that took over Tokyo fast.” You smile, remembering the white haired short man. He always held a sweet spot in your heart with his scarred friend Kakucho.
“When was the last time you spoke to him?”
“Five years ago.”
“Why did the two of you stop talking to each other?” The psychiatrist asks while writing down the information that you told her. “You were smiling while talking about him. That means you cared, or maybe even still care about him. So why haven’t you spoken in such a long time. Of course, besides the fact that you’ve been in prison for a year.”
“He died.” She was shocked with your answer, but quickly cleared her throat and resumed to her stoic facial expression.
“Who killed him?”
“Some random dude I’ve never heard of.”
“Did he help you then. With your leg?”
“Yes. He had a medic on his team, that dropped out of med school. But he had good knowledge of what he was doing.”
Ran grabs the small bag that contained white powder from your hands and poured it onto the table. “If we continue on with this.. We’re gonna be rich!” He smirks as he looks down at the backpack laying on the cold cement floor of the basement. The bag was full of all kinds of drugs. Half of them you were hearing about for the first time. You didn’t know how Ran got ahold of them, but you didn’t care. The pill you took twenty minutes ago was doing wonders and you didn’t want to think of anything else. You all could enjoy yourselves with the drugs you owned and get money from selling them. Could it get any better than that?
“Man.” Rindou stretches as he was sitting on the ground in an uncomfortable position for a while now. “I don’t know what I took, but fuck did it make me not only high, but also horny as hell.” He groans. “I could really go get my dick wet right now.” You and Ran laugh at Rin’s statement and you lean your head backwards, staring into the ceiling which was full of cracks and ugly posters that only God himself knew where Rindou got them from. You grimace as you take in the naked women in some of them. They looked worn out.
“What if someone came on one of the posters here and now it’s on our ceiling.” You ask and both of the brothers look at you confused and grossed out.
“Man your high thoughts are fucking wack.”
“So that’s where it all started?”
“Yeah.” You lick your lips. “We took a bite out of the forbidden apple and enjoyed ourselves way too much. This was the first time we got so much cash. So we thought that this was the most perfect idea ever. Selling and doing drugs, and also getting so much cash? Fucking amazing, right? That’s how it felt at that moment. But I should’ve known.. I saw how my parents turned out. I know I should’ve stopped them at that moment. But it all felt so.. right.” You sigh. “I never cared about myself. I could’ve ended up in a ditch dead. I didn’t care. But I cared about them. I cared about them so fucking deeply, y’know? They were my first actual family. And I felt happy with them. I actually felt fulfilled with joy. I smiled whenever I was with them, I laughed, I felt at home. At peace. Thought at night time, I prayed.”
“Why?” The woman whispered. Without even noticing she fell deep into your story. Never really heard anything like that before probably. She looked young. If you had to guess, she probably just finished university and this was her first serious job.
“I was scared. I don’t even remember if I actually believed in God. But I begged Lord to forgive the Haitani’s and I for our sins. We did what we had to do to survive. And I hope Lord knows that. I.. I don’t know what awaits after death. But I can tell you that I fear it. I fear the unknown.” You look at the floor of the small room. It really reminded you of the basement that everything happened in. “I stopped praying after a while. Maybe a year after we started doing what we did. I thought that no matter what, no matter how much I begged and prayed it wouldn’t help anymore. We were in too deep.”
“How many people did you think you killed at that point?”
“After the first year? Hm..” your fingers tapped on the table once again, as you were deep in thought. “I think I killed around two people. But combined with the brothers.. There were around nine victims. The drugs messed with our brains. And we.. I don’t think we fully understood what was going on. At least I didn’t. It all felt like a dream, or… or a movie.”
“How did you feel when you killed your first victim?” Her fingers were shaking slightly, showing that she was nervous.
“I.. I felt scared. But I had to do it. Otherwise that would’ve been Ran. The guy pushed his gun right in the middle of Ran’s forehead. So I grabbed the metal pipe that was laying next to me and hit as many times as I had to.”
“Uhm. I have to tell you this, (L/N). But your parents want to come to court next week. To see you and hear what sentence you’ll get. Do you want me to tell them anything? Do you have a message?”
“Tell them that they can go fuck themselves.”
Different colours of dim lights were flashing around in some jocks trashy house. There were empty bottles of disgusting and cheap beer, vodka, champagne. There were also all kinds of different substances on the ground and you tried to not step on any of it. Fuck knows what the hell even was all of that. People were making out, grinding on each other, some were even actually having sex not caring about all of the people around them. Some remix of a random song you have never even heard of was blasting throughout the whole house. You take a look around and finally spot who you were looking for. With a smirk you plop down on the couch in the middle of both brothers. Trying not cringe at the thought of what happened on this couch before all of you showed up. Rindou was smoking a joint while Ran had white powder around his nose. You let out a sigh and grab a baggie of pills from the bag laying on the ground near Ran’s feet. You take the two pills without caring what kind they were and put them in your mouth, below the tongue, waiting for them to melt. “It’s ecstasy.” Rindou whispers into your ear and you just nod, too lost in your thoughts to answer. Suddenly a boost of confidence hits you and you felt so close to the pair sitting next to you. Closer then ever before. A feeling of happiness and relaxation took over your body and you started to feel free. Smiling to yourself, you look at Ran and Rindou, and close your eyes for a while.
It felt so, so peaceful. For once in your life you felt okay.
“So that was the start of your addiction to ecstasy?”
“Yeah. And also all kinds of other drugs.” You nod and take a look at her name tag. Dr. Fudo. “It felt nice to forget about everything happening. It was almost.. euphoric I guess. The drugs made me feel free. And it messed with my memory. So it made me feel like this was the only appropriate escape from the horrors happening around me.”
“So you were high most of the time all of this was happening?”
“Yup. Also almost overdosed a couple of times though. Ran just found me at the right time and saved my life I guess.” You look to the side and stare at the ugly walls. “I beat myself up for it every day. The both of them saved me so many times without even knowing, but I couldn’t save them.”
“Were you in a romantic relationship with either Haitani Ran, or Haitani Rindou?” She puts down her pen on the table and crosses her arms on her chest, leaning backwards until her back hits the chair.
“No.”
“Were you in a romantic relationship with anyone during this timeline?”
“Yes.”
“What was his name?”
“He called himself Sanzu.”
“What happened to him?” Fudo grabbed the pen once again and put it near the paper laying on the table.
“He overdosed.”
“Dude, shut the fuck up.” You laugh and hit Haru in the chest while laughing. The world seem quiet. The only two sound you heard were the voices of you and Sanzu Haruchiyo. You had met him on accident. He was buying drugs from Rindou and you walked in on them. The three of you talked for a while, before Rindou had to leave to sell some more drugs which left just the two of you. You hit it off easily and it just felt right. If anyone had to guess they would’ve thought that you and Sanzu were best friends and not some strangers that only met like fifteen minutes ago. Sanzu called it fate. Said you were his soulmate.
“Nah, I’m saying the truth.” He giggled and kissed the top of your head. “The fucker pissed his pants and was just laying on top of the couch, talking to his crush like nothing happened.” Sanzu took a hit from the joint between his lips.
You laugh even harder. And push your back against Sanzu’s chest, trying to get into a more comfortable position. The both of you were on top of some random building, popping all kinds of pills and getting high together, making out, talking about your life stories. The Haitani brothers made you feel at home. They were your family. Sanzu on the other hand made you feel good in other ways. He never judged you for anything and always beat up the people who just looked at you weird. He fit well into your group and the brothers took him in with open arms. Sanzu was now a part of your little family.
“I love you, (Y/N). I hope you know that.” Sanzu leans down and touches your lips with his.
“How did his death make you feel?”
“I wanted to kill myself. Almost tried. But the brothers mattered to me too much, I couldn’t leave them. So I just started doing even more drugs. I tried to forget about him, but he just haunted me no matter what I did. He still haunts me in my dreams sometimes even after three years.”
“The cops found three of the bodies.” Rindou punches the wall and lets out a series of curses. Ran was pulling his hair and keeping his head low, trying to think of anything.
“Let’s just run away.” You quickly butt in. “Let’s grab our shit and leave. Mikey said he has a place for us, right? He wanted us to join him so let’s just fucking go.”
“They’re right.” Ran stands up. “Let’s pack our shit and go as soon as possible.”
But before you could even do much the door of your apartment was kicked down and yelling could be heard. You duck and hide behind the table of your kitchen.
“I don’t remember much of that day. Maybe because I was high. Or maybe it was the adrenaline and fear I felt. I just remember screams. I remember Rindou getting shot first because he tried to shoot a police officer. Then I heard Ran cry. I think it was the first time ever I saw Ran cry. It was terrifying. I..” you take a deep and shaky breath. “I’ll never forget the scream he let out. Rindou meant the world to him. I don’t know why Ran got shot. They never told me.”
“He grabbed the gun laying and the floor and also tried to shoot.”
“Oh.”
Cameras were flashing everywhere as you were being led out of court. Yells of different paparazzi could be heard even inside the building.
“(L/N) (F/N) is it true that you got a death penalty for all of the crimes you, Ran Haitani and Rindou Haitani committed?”
You just smile and keep on walking.
“What happens if one of us dies?” Y/N tilts their head to the side slightly and looks at Ran, laying right next to them. It was a chilly autumn day, the park they were at was empty - people were getting ready for the upcoming cold days, working to make sure that they and their families would stay safe and warm.
“I don’t think anyone would mourn any of us. We’re nothing to everyone else. Only a burden.” Ran smirks as if this didn’t cause a pang in his chest. If he could, he would do everything differently. He would make sure that his brother and you had different lives. He just wanted you two to be happy. To make actual good memories instead of whatever this was. He hopes that in another life all of you can be happy together.
“I would mourn you. I hope you’d mourn me too.” You let out a sigh and grab his hand with yours.
“If I’m being honest. I think if one of us dies the other two would follow.”
“Right to the grave?”
“Yeah. Right to the grave.”
Better without you
They cheat on you / break up with you, but you actually get happier without them.
Sanzu Haruchiyo, Haitani Rindou, Hanma Shuji, Haitani Ran(and Mitsuya Takashi;) ) x gn!reader
PART TWO

Now playing: Don Toliver - No Idea

Sanzu Haruchiyo
Since you've been gone, I've been just okay
“You’re nothing without me.” Sanzu points at you. “You can say whatever you want, but you know that it’s true. You’ll never find anyone else like me.”
“I know.” You wipe the tears from your face. “And I think that’s for the better. I gave you the world, Sanzu. I did everything for you. For us. And this is what you do? You fuck the first bitch you see at a party?”
“Whatever. You’ll be back soon.”
———
Walking around town with a couple of people, he had the biggest smirk on his face. Kanto Manji gang was already the top gang in Japan and things couldn’t get any better.
“Yo, Sanzu.” Ran slaps his back. “Isn’t that your ex?”
And as he turned around, he saw you talking with your friends. You laughed at something one of them said. He noticed how you were glowing, looking way better than you did during the relationship. And he felt a pang in his chest. You were right, weren’t you? You don’t need someone like him. Sanzu scoffs and pretends like seeing you so happy didn’t hurt.
“Whatever. They’ll be crawling back to me soon.”

Haitani Rindou
I know you mad, you didn't see it my way
“Can you for once just understand how this whole situation makes me feel?!” You yell out frustrated. “Why can’t you just see it from my point of view! You never listen to me. You just do everything your own way and then get mad at me when I try to treat you how you treat me! You’re a fucking hypocrite, Rin.”
“Whatever.” He just rolls his eyes and looks back at his game.
“You’re doing it again! I can’t remember the last time we spent our time together. I shouldn’t even be talking about this with yo-“
“So shut it.”
“Huh?” Your eyes widen.
“Shut the fuck up. You’re so fucking annoying.” Rindou bangs his fist on the table that held his gaming set up. “Always bitching about everything. If you hate how I ignore you so much, why don’t you just leave huh? Fucking dumbass.”
———
That day you did leave. And you never answered his calls or messages. Whenever he tried to talk to you, you would just walk past him, or just switch routes so you wouldn’t even have to see him. You started treating him like he treated you the whole relationship. Rindou knew he fucked up bad and he didn’t know how to get you back.

Hanma Shuji
Since I've been gone, I've been out of space
“You make me so fucking stressed, Shuji.” You sigh as you finish wrapping bandaids over his hands. “You disappear for weeks or months and don’t text, or call. I never know where you are and if you’ll come back. I hate it.”
“Yeah, yeah. Sorry, babe. It won’t happen again. I swear.” He kisses the top of your head.
You knew his words didn’t hold any meaning. He would sweet talk you into staying and then he’d disappear again, leaving you alone with the dark thoughts of what could have happened to him. But for now you’d just stay in his arms.
———
So after he didn’t reach out to you in four months, you decided to just end it there and grabbed your belongings from his apartment. At first it was hard. You’d check your phone for any new messages or calls, but after a while you realised how better you felt after leaving.

Ran Haitani (ft. Mitsuya Takashi)
I let lil' Shawty, come here, take your place
“I can’t believe you. I gave you a chance to change after the first time..” you feel your heart breaking, a lump was forming in your throat and you wanted to scream, to throw whatever was near you into walls. “And you went ahead and cheated on me for the second time?! Do you have no fucking shame, Haitani?” You looked at him and felt your stomach drop. He had a smirk on his face and his eyebrows were raised. Like this whole thing was just a show he was watching on the tv.
“You’re stupid if you think I can and will actually change. It’s not my fault you’re so dependent on me.” He shrugs his shoulders. “If I were you, I would’ve left ages ago.”
———
Ran was walking around Roppongi with Rindou. They wanted to visit a caffe that opened not too far from their apartment. And when they walked in Ran felt his stomach explode and his hands started shaking. There you were sitting in a booth, smiling happily while a guy him and his brother hated, was holding your hand and making you blush. Mitsuya Takashi healed your heart and made you forget about him. Ran couldn’t stand the thought of you belonging to someone else.
You want a paper plane, I don't mind
I wonder why your girl always smiling
Mitsuya felt someone staring at him and as he lifted his eyes, he tried to contain a smile. The Haitani brothers were both staring at you and him. He lifted your hand which he was holding and left a gentle kiss on your wrist. He doesn’t mind giving you the world if it meant you’d smile at him like that. It was Ran’s loss.
Almost

There was always an almost with you and Geto.
Geto x f!reader. Mentions of death. This is fluff to angst. Spoilers for JJK!
Almost holding his hand.
The first year of Jujutsu Tech was interesting to say the least. Getting out of your comfort zone and meeting new people you would spend a lifetime with. It was all so sudden. You left your clan, your family behind and started a new life there.
Though after a while you managed to settle down. Your three classmates Shoko, Gojo and Geto were nice to be with. Shoko was calmer than the two and you formed a nice friendship with her faster than with them. She was there from day one, with a friendly smile on her face and a cigarette hanging between her lips.
The smell of cigarettes felt calming after a while. You always knew it was her walking around the corner and it felt comforting.
Geto and Gojo became your good friends a bit later on in the first year. As douchey as they were they understood that you needed time to feel comfortable around them and they respected that. They gave you personal space until you started talking with them more, going on missions together and coming back with tears in your eyes from all of the laughter.
It felt good. In those moments you almost forgot how much you actually missed home. Soon enough these three people became your second family.
And now as you lay on the grassy field at 3AM with Geto next to you, it feels right.
“Couldn’t sleep?” He turns his face to look at you. And as you do the same you think how angelic he truly looked. He was the opposite from Gojo, who had plenty of girls following him around and feeding into his already big ego, but you never really understood why. In your eyes Geto was the best looking guy you’ve seen. His now messy hair is free from the hair tie that always keeps his hair in place. It falls on his face framing it in a way that makes him look like a painting. His dark eyes meet yours as he awaits for your answer.
“Mhm..” you hum and give him a soft smile. “It’s a rough night.” you whisper. “The mission today sucked out my energy, but I just can’t stop thinking about the kids who died in front of our eyes. We almost saved them..” a frown etches onto your face as you sigh. “When I close my eyes that’s all I see.”
Geto shuffles closer to you and your hands touch.
“It’s not your fault.” He calmly states. “It’s life, (L/N). We’re trying to make it better, but you have to remember that we can’t save everyone.”
His hand tries to reach your palm, hold it in his bigger one, but before he can do that..
“Hey, guys!” Gojo’s annoying voice screeches. “You should’ve told me you’re having a slumber party or something.”
When he almost asked you out.
Geto was pacing around his dorm room. His hair is in a messy bun, he’s slightly irritated and you can tell by the way his eyebrows are slightly arched. He has a mean look on him and Gojo is confused as he has never seen his friend like that.
At first the white haired male doesn’t want to interfere as his friend looked out of it. ‘It’s like his whole family died’ he thinks as he keeps staring at Geto.
“Just calm down.” Gojo grins. “I’m sure everything will be fine. She likes you back for sure, dude. The way she looks at you? Like you hung the moon and the stars. Just believe in yourself, Suguru.”
“You don’t understand, Satoru. She’s different. I don’t want to ruin whatever we have.” His pace becomes faster. “I really care about her. I want her in my future. But what if she doesn’t see me like that? I can’t imagine losing her.” He frowns.
Gojo groans and stands up from Geto’s bed. He walks up to his friend and puts a hand on his shoulder and squeezes it in reassurance.
“She likes you. You just have to calm down.” Gojo smiles warmly at his friend, supporting him. “I can see it with all of my eyes.”
Geto hits Gojo’s shoulder and both of them laugh. It doesn’t feel tense anymore.
Though no matter how long Gojo stayed in his room, Geto never got the courage to ask you out. Especially not after he saw you through his window. Laughing at what Nanami said.
When he almost kissed you.
“Ugh.” Geto groans as he looks at his notepad, slowly losing his hope to understand the subject. “This is bullshit.” He throws the pen on the table and rubs his eyes in frustration.
“You think?” You sarcastically roll your eyes while trying to comprehend what you were even reading right now.
“We’re failing this, (L/N).” He sighs and closes his notepad, putting it back in his bag. “I’m done with this. I don’t care anymore. Literally could give less of a shit.”
“I get it.” You smirk and stretch also giving up on understanding the topic of math. “It’s like this isn’t even real. Who created this theory?”
Geto stands up from the chair that he was sitting on and walks towards where you were seated on the carpet in the middle of your dorm room.
“Wanna do something else?” He raises a brow. “Like.. Watch a movie?”
“I don’t have any new ones.” You answer him quickly. “Unless you want to rewatch the same old five cassette tapes I have.” You say already knowing his answer. He lets out a huff and falls into your bed groaning mumbling something about how boring it is.
You grin and stand up shuffling towards the bed and fall onto his body and he gasps as he feels the weight of someone else’s body on top of his. He starts whining and you start laughing. The room erupts with noises as he starts an argument that you’re not even participating in. It feels fresh. It feels like spring when nature is reborn again. It feels warm and inviting.
As the laughs die down you to lay next to each other, looking at each other’s faces and studying them. He smiles at you softly noticing how your cheeks are dusted in pink. He reaches out and softly, as if you were made out of glass, he follows your features with his thumb. As if he was trying to remember how your face felt. It felt like he was an artist and you were the art.
He let’s out a noice of satisfaction and his grin gets bigger. He slowly starts to inch towards your face. You look into his eyes, feeling like your heart will soon jump out of your chest. Your lips are millimetres apart, but before they can collide, loud noises can be heard from the outside.
You two jump off of the bed in a rush.
Someone was attacking Jujutsu Tech.
When he almost..
Your heart is breaking. It was stupid. So so stupid. Your hands reach into your hair and you swear you could pull everything out. Your skin felt itchy and your stomach felt like it had butterflies trying to dig their way out.
It was crushing you. Your whole life you knew and had fell apart in a few hours. As you laid in your bed, holding yourself, trying to keep yourself from falling apart, your window opens.
You don’t even need to lift your head up to know who it was.
“I’m sorry.” Were the first words you heard. “I wish things could be different.” He keeps on talking, while you stay quiet. Only broken sobs were heard from your laying body. “In another life we will be married and raising five children.” Suguru laughs bitterly, walking up to your bed. He sits down next to you and takes you in his arms. He wipes away your tears. "But the world we live in now, isn’t so kind to people like us."
“Five kids with you doesn’t sound so bad..” you whisper in tears “I hope that’s true.. And that in another lifetime things are different.”
Suguru lets out a soft chuckle, looking into your eyes. “Of course it’s true. I’m sure one of them will look just like me.” He gives you a warm embrace, feeling your tears on his chest. “Please don’t cry (Y/N), you’re making my heart ache.”
“You’re the one to say that.” Your voice breaks. “Why.. why are you choosing that path?”
“(Y/N)..” he hugs you tightly as if he always wants to remember the feeling of you laying on his chest. “Our paths are way too different. I’m sure you’ll find all of the answers on your own.” He smiles. “I can’t stay for long. They’re looking for me already.” Suguru leans in and for the first time your lips touch. Though rather than giving you joy it felt like he was taking everything away from you. It was melodramatic. He came to say goodbye and took your heart with him. “I’m sorry.” He whispers and before you can do anything, he leaves. And as you lay in bed you realised that not only did he take your heart he also took away the warmth of summer and spring and left you alone with the coldness of winter.
As he leaves the grounds of Jujutsu Tech he stops for a second and looks back. With a sigh he turns around and leaves.
When he almost stayed.
CIGARETTES

Shinichiro x gn!reader
Fluff to angst. Character death.
You always hated cigarettes. The smell, the concept - everything about them disgusted you.
Poor little Liddy used to always quit
But she never really quit
She'd just say she did
At the age of sixteen Shinichiro tried his first cigarette. He took it from Takeomi who already had the cancer stick between his lips. It was disgusting, he started coughing and tried to spit out the taste as much as possible. And when it didn’t work he tried chewing gum which Benkei forced into his palm. He bought a can of soda from a near by corner shop and stole a lolly pop from Wakasa. His friends laughed at him and Shinichiro swore to himself that he’d never smoke again.
“That’s good.” You smile at him as he sat in your bedroom after sneaking in through the window. “I hate cigarettes. They smell bad and I wouldn’t kiss you if you smoked.”
At the age of seventeen Shinichiro took his second cigarette, thinking things would be different. He stole it from Takeomi. He always had a pack of red Marlboro’s in his gang jacket. And since he accidentally left it in Shin’s room, he decided to try again. This time alone in the comfort of his own room. It was still disgusting. Shinichiro started coughing again and took a glass of apple juice that he already had prepared for himself. Though at that moment he decided to try and smoke the whole stick. Even if it meant he’d feel like vomiting.
“It looks cool.” He murmurs to himself. “I wanna be as cool as them.”
At the age of eighteen Shinichiro had a hidden pack of cigarettes in his room. He didn’t want you to know about him smoking. He thought you didn’t need to know. After all it was nothing serious. He only smoked once every couple of weeks, to look cool around the guys. He knew you hated everything about cigarettes. From the smell that lingered around people that smoked them to the fact that they killed people. “Anything can kill us.” Shinichiro once told you and you just shook your head telling him that he wouldn’t understand. And he remembered your threat about you not kissing him. So he decided to just keep this information to himself. After all what you don’t know won’t hurt you.
“Yeah I usually smoke in the mornings, outside my room.” He smirks at Benkei.
At the age of nineteen Shinichiro couldn’t hide the fact that he smoked anymore. The smell was always with him whenever he came over to visit you. It was stuck on his dirty white shirt, it was stuck in his hair, it was stuck on his hand and it was especially stuck on his lips and tongue when he kissed you. You pushed him off of you and made a disgusted face. “It’s gross. I don’t want to kiss you after you just smoked.” You sat further away from him and looked at the posters decorating your room. Shinichiro felt his heart break after you moved away from him after breaking your kiss off.
“I’m sorry. I promise I’ll quit.” He says before laying down.
At the age of twenty Shinichiro only smoked when he worked on bikes. Which was around once a week. You grew accustomed to the smell. Well slightly. You still weren’t a big fan and Shinichiro respected that. And you respected him by not being controlling and letting him do what he wants. The only rule was to not smoke before meeting you and while he was with you.
Mikey sat beside his brother watching him work with a big smile. “One day I’ll be just like you, Shin.”
At the age of twenty one Shinichiro smoked cigarettes way more often. He was stressed. He disbanded the Black Dragon and opened up his new bike shop. Of course it all went well, but he didn’t know when to stop. He overworked himself and spent almost all of his days there. You came to visit him some days when you had free time, but you had been busy working as well. After all the two of you wanted to start renting out a place together and you needed the money. You stoped bugging Shin about the smell of cigarettes and kissed him even after he smoked. The two of you were always working and you tried to cherish every minute you could be together.
At the age of twenty two you had already been living together. Everything was going great and the two of you couldn’t be happier. Shinichiro was living the life of his dreams with you by his side and he knew it was time for more. It was time to take the next step. He decided to buy you a ring and propose. With the help of his closest friends Wakasa, Takeomi and Benkei he found the perfect ring and they planned a perfect proposal. He swore he could feel his heart explode with excitement. You will finally become a Sano.
At the age of twenty three Shinichiro lost his life. It was tragedy which no one expected. And the fact that it was caused by his younger brother’s friends made the situation way more heartbreaking. A jacket which always hung in his shop, was given to you by his grandfather. And in the pocked you found something that you probably shouldn’t have.
You attended his funeral dressed in all black and with an engagement ring on your finger. “You’re Shinichiro’s girlfriend/boyfriend/partner right?” A guy asked. He was a member of the Black Dragon before it disbanded and you only met him once before. “No. I’m his fiancé.”
At the age of twenty four you became addicted to cigarettes, because only they brought you comfort. The smell reminded you of your dead lover and that was enough for now. You smoked when you were out with Shinichiro’s and now your friends, you smoked in restaurants, you smoked in parks, you smoked inside your own home. Whenever you needed to feel Shinichiro’s presence, you took out a lighter and a pack of cigarettes out of the jacket that was given to you after his death.
We'll find moonlit nights strangely empty
Because when you call my name through them
There will be no answer
Rather melodramatic, aren't you?
not a request but ur writing is actually so good i love all your works !!
Thank you so much!!!<333 this made me smile 😭
