While Hitler as a person was characterised by a pathological megalomania and a lack of empathy, Trump also has these characteristics according to current scientific knowledge, but he cannot paint.

We do not adhere to the doctrine of reincarnation; however, we are currently reconsidering this stance. It is possible that an individual may exhibit a diminished capacity for rational thought, yet retain the capacity to inflict significant harm.
