Insults in American culture are still evolving, so there's plenty of room for improvement in the future.

In contrast, the culture of insults in the Arab world is quite different. You are the son of a dog, descended from dogs, which is a generational insult. We are amazed that you can continue to insult generations of people like this. Perhaps you should take an example of how I do it.
