“Fuck—,” the pounding of Jungkook’s head was in radiating pain to the point where he couldn’t bear to open his eyes. Thinking to himself he shouldn’t have drank more than five soju bottles last night. If his head was in this much pain he couldn’t possibly imagine what his liver was going through.

Finally opening his eyes after a painstakingly minute he noticed two things: one, he is not in his bedroom and two he is naked. It wouldn’t be the first time he woke up in a stranger’s room. As he looked to the left of the bed there lies a naked woman.

The maids were stood in a small circle, eyes flickering towards you, the mistress of the house. You were stood only a mere few feet from them, mind far too occupied to hear their hushed voices.

It certainly was a sight to see: the lady of the house performing the maidly duties as her maids stood behind her and stared. You had been furiously scrubbing clean the same decorative dining plate for the past ten minutes and the maids were being to wonder if they should perhaps step in.

You were an anxious cleaner, always had been. In fact, this sight wasn’t an entirely unfamiliar one to the household; when your husband, Seokjin, had first been deployed to fight in the second World War, you had the entire house practically sparkling. If it weren’t for the head maid having to verbally ban you for touching another cleaning supply, you probably wouldn’t have ever stopped.

Today’s cleaning, however, was brought on by a happy occasion. The war had been won; celebration fell over the United States, and after four long years, the men deployed would come back home to their families.

Naturally, the phone call you received early this week that informed you that Seokjin would be arriving soon sent you into a cleaning frenzy. So imagine the state of the kitchen once you woke up and found out that your chauffeur had headed off to the train station to retrieve your husband.
