Okay, I Just Have To Tell This Story After My Last Reblog About Old Fan Fiction.

Okay, I just have to tell this story after my last reblog about old fan fiction.

So in the 8th grade my class was assigned a book project. Throughout one marking period we had to do 3 book reports from a list of assignments given—so, for example, one option was drawing a comic to explain what the book was about. Now we had to present them in front of the class, and when this group of girls got up to present, they announced their book came from Wattpad.

And not only that, the book they chose was based off One-Direction. Now me and my friends are trying to hold back our laughter because we know that what they did technically wasn’t a book, but fan fiction. The teacher was so confused and they had to sit there and explain what Wattpad was and the book they chose, but they almost KILLED ME when one girl mentioned it was also a lemon, although I don’t think she meant to say it as loud as she did. But the teacher already being confused and wanting an explanation asked what a lemon was and the whole room got so quiet. It’s a memory I will never forget!! 😭🤣

I honestly have so many funny/weird stories from middle school and high school, I can’t. 😂

Another great film is Enough with Jennifer Lopez!! Found it years ago and it’s one of my favorites as well.

Maddie rips open the cabinet, staring fearfully at the perfectly aligned stack of cans she had left specifically unorganized in the absence of her controlling husband. He’s found her, the tears immediate as she shakily backs away with intent to run out of the house, only stopped short of her exit by the boombox strategically placed in front of the door and playing the horrible classical music her husband had so often tormented her with. 

Barely a second later, Doug is standing behind her, his arm around her neck and a gun held loosely in his hand, kissing her hair and telling her he missed her, when a knock at the door startles them both and the gun flies in front of her face threatening to kill whoever it is that interrupts them. 

“Maddie, you there?” It’s Chimney, the amazing guy from next door she had just been getting to know and who obviously couldn’t wait to see her again after their beautiful date. With Doug’s guidance, she tentatively opens the door a crack so only she can be seen, making small talk of being tired and is able to get rid of him rather quickly, feeling both relief for his safety and fear for her own as the door closes and she is once again alone with the man she fears the most. 

“He doesn’t matter,” Doug tells her, and as she backs away ready to face whatever wrath she knows is coming towards her, the door bursts open, Chimney having sensed something wasn’t right, and all hell breaks loose.
