FNAF Security Breach: Ruin DLC fan theory

On the cover image for the new dlc is a little blonde girl standing in front of a golden statue of Freddy. Could this be a reference to Golden Freddy? I believe that during the DLC, the player will encounter the spirits (Cassidy and Kelsey) that are residing inside Golden Freddy.
