Y’all, for the first time in literal years I finally fit into a small dress again!!!!

After going through years of stress eating to extremely restrictive diets, I’ve finally learned to balance it out and while I haven’t lost much on the scale I’ve been able to change the way I look!! This is the best I’ve ever felt!!!! ❤️❤️

Going to bed at 1am when u have to get up at 5 to work a 12 hour shift is NOT the move

But will I do it again? Absolutely
