So while I'm here, let me elaborate on something -

I got into Hidden Object Games many a years ago through the WildTangent Games application on my laptop. They had an online currency system where you either bought/subscribed to getting 'coins', which you would use to replay your games.

However. Your first play of any game was free, with *unlimited* playing time. So kid-me avoided paying for most of the games by installing a bunch of HOPAs and completing them in one sitting, so I would never have to replay them. WildTangent got rid of their 'unlimited time' since then, and I'll forever miss exploiting that.

This means I've played many Hidden Object games, but didn't give myself a lot of time to digest them back then, so I don't remember a lot about them. A goal of mine on this blog is to locate the games I've played before to revisit again. I sadly cannot name *every* game I've played, but I have many vague memories of them!

Tried it on my laptop and the same black screen issue. I've looked into the Steam community and found a couple other people with the same problem.

This was posted back in September, and as of now in November, has still not been fixed. I can't recommend buying this game until the bugs are patched. I still want to try it out, so I'll keep it in my library until I see some news that they released an update/fix.

Super disappointing, though.

I was so excited about the horrific show game but one of the glitches is that it just has a black screen on computers with higher graphic cards :( completely unplayable! I was so disappointed.

!!! That is EXTREMELY disappointing!! I hope you can get a refund! I saw in another review that the game has a bug at a certain point where someone couldn't progress any further. (Happened to me with The Lake House: Children of Silence </3) I would NEVER buy games with known bugs/glitches like these for full price.
