At the hotel scene we see her from akio's view, while thru the whole sequence we hear NOTHING but utena's voice, while she constantly stretches and talks about stuff not remotely related to the moment, shes not talking about whats going to happen between them, shes not talking about the hotel, shes talking about anthy, and how she wishes Anthy was there with them.

Utena clearly isnt comfortable with whats going to happen. Usually in Japan, woman shower before sex, instead of after it.

In the actual scene, Utena never looks into Akios eyes, she's looking at anything that isnt him, she's not talking about them having sex, she's talking about what should she do for tomorrow's lunch, shes talking about Anthy, everything while her face clearly resembled discomfort with him on top of her. When he finishes, or penetrates, her whole expression changes, shes gone to discomfort to pain, she obviously isnt happy with it.
