how hard would this skyrim mod be to make, a new power or spell called gender reveal party, when used it first acts like firestorm but covers a larger area, next it causes the sky to rain fire like the one dragon shout ability, meant as a semijoke idea but i am new to modding

Be easy enough. But that doesn't interest me.

What does interest me is a quest mod that begins by you passing by a Nirnroot and it starts ringing like a telephone and you have to pick it up and answer it and there's someone on the other end who gives you a task.
