This is Charlie Chatterbox. He’s a jester/bard like character who’s kind of a self insert. He’s a mono monster, which is like the opposite of a rainbow monster like Julie is. His hair is dyed pink because he was tired of having no color. That’s also why he wears a lot of colors! And yes he also has horns. They’re just bigger and under his hat!

I had an idea for this character when I first got into the fandom but never acted on it. Well now I am!

I'm not great at drawing puppet hands. (or hands in general), but I'll try my best to tip you off on some rules of thumb I tend to use!

Also Don't get me wrong if you draw hands in ways a detested in this And it's simply part of your artstyle I think that's neat but it simply doesn't work for most artstyle! :3
