Realized im partly a bit of a big dumb-dumb and got 2 fanfics mixed up! (But the one with being Howdy's roomie was found! Tysm!)

Still also trying to find the one where Y/N gets stuck somewhere with their car and ends up stuck in the neighbourhood (due to needing a replacement part for their car).

Also, their phone goes missing (i think). Can't remember if they had a car accident or if the car just broke down. But the main thing is that y/n needs a new car part (a tire?)

I was reading a really snazzy fic on AO3 (or wattpad) a while back but i can't remember the name of it/the writer.

It was one of those 'Y/N gets stuck in the neighbourhood' things, but they're living in spare room at Howdy's. (As well as working there)

A few other details i recall is that none of them knew about human medical stuff (but patches/sewing was a thing)

And that they can't go outside in the rain cuz it makes it hard for em to move (cuz literal living puppet-beings/muppets).

There was also this part in the beginning where Y/N needs some replacement part for their car but none were available.

If you know/recognize any of thse details/know the fic/author of it, PLEASE let me know. I'ce been searching for months and i heavily miss reading it and i really wanna catch up 😭

Little sketches of some welcome home characters

Dan’s opinion’s on everybody in welcome home :)

Wally first introduce: when dan first meet Wally her eyes hurt from eye contact, she doesn’t do eye contact when she meets new people, it burns.

Frank first introduce: Dan thought he didn’t like her at first cause of how mad he looks, but discovered from Julie that he always looks mad. She really likes listening to his bug facts even if she isn’t a fan of them.

Eddie first introduce: Dan meet him when he delivered her mail, she became fast friends with him due to how similar they are.

Poppy first introduce: Dan likes how poppy gives her cookies and gives a motherly vibe, she sees poppy as a motherly figure.

Sally first introduce: Dan was very shy on meeting sally but loved her plays when she saw her preform. Dan tried preforming with sally but got scared.

Julie fist introduce: Dan was quite overwhelmed by how Julie is so energetic but once she got to know her a bit she also let out her over energetic side with Julie.

Barnaby first introduce: Dan loved the fact that he was a huge dog and hugged him (she asked first of course) she also enjoys his joke’s and when he has a new one she would be happy to hear it.

Howdy first introduce: Dan was a bit intimidated by his size(she is quite small compared to him) but once she warmed up to him she loved how much of a softy he is. She also enjoys his hugs as much like Barnaby’s.

I had a crazy idea, not sure if anyone made this but what if welcome home had a spirited away au?

Like y/n is chihiro, Wally is haku or no face, home is yubaba, kumaji is howdy, Lin is sally or Julie, zeniba is poppy, and radish spirit is Barnaby (ran out of ideas for Barnaby)

I was gonna draw it but I can’t draw most of welcome home characters correctly, really hope people like this idea.

Took awhile but I’m proud of it :)

Homewarming!

Today was homewarming..it was weird…Home sheemed annoyed/angry I think?

I asked Wally about it but he said that home just had a bad day wich is fair

not everybody likes snow and defanetly not on heir head all the time.

I noticed that non of the neighbors went to dad’s post office wich

was also strange so I aked poppy about and she said that everbody decided

that dad needed a break(since he dose and a big one).

Later one while I was walking home Wally walked up to me and invited me

to the homewarming celebration in his house.

As I got there I noticed dad still wasnt anywhere to be found..but I

I Thought he was just late (since he was to a lot of things) so I went to get somethingto eat.

After sometime dad entered the house asnd everybody gretted him, he looked sligtly

Tired so we went to sit on a chair with a single pea n a plate?

(I dont get homewarming food..).I wanted to give him Poppy’s jely cake thing?

Since it was pretty delicious so I walked over to dad only to find him unresponsive

And crying..I walked over to Frank and told him about it and how dad was crying..

He walked over to dad and latyer told me that he’s gonna take dad home

and I went with them since im not leaving dad alone whikle he’s in distress!

Tho..I cant help but Wonder what coused dad to cry so much..

omg. yes. i love him so so SO SO SO much. love this little big mail dude with all my heart <3

he is absolutely head-over-heels for you. during his mail shifts he waits for the exact second he can come running over to you. and when he finds you, he wraps you up in a big hug! he missed you!

such a sweetheart- a bashful one. this man is so kind and respectful and just adores you head to toe. so whenever you surprise him with a kiss (or two!) he just completely malfunctions! "o-oh! w-woah there-... uh thank y-you... oh gosh did i say thank you? what am i doing I'm talking out loud and you can hear me ok im just g-gonna be quiet..."

loves kisses and cuddles. biiiiiiigggg cuddler right here! he'll just consume you with his big arms and place his head ontop of yours. very warm too, soft and warm. again with the kisses, if you pepper his face with them, he'll start blabbering cute lil southern boy gibberish. and he's just so sweet you cant possibly tease him for it.

leaves sweet little notes and letters for you all over the place. your pockets, bag, fridge, desk, bathroom, kitchen, wherever! he writes to you especially when he wants to say something a little more romantic, he's far too shy to attempt to say it to your face!

has to constantly be near you. holding your hands, his hand around your waist or shoulder, sitting as close as he can to you, etc! he just loves to be around you, and wants to make up the time he misses being with you when at work :)

always tries cheesy little pick up lines on you. he thinks they're the most wonderful things and you cant help but smile when you see how happy and excited he is to share them with you. he's just a big ol sweetheart who wants to shower you in love!!!
