Crying, sniffle, and choked sobs. From the phone line he could hear it all. Anxiousness and worry filled his senses, he rushed to put his shoes on as he left his house. He ushered words of encouragement to his lover, “You are doing so well love, I’ll be there soon okay?” He felt out of breath as he made his way to the front of your house. Despite being a pro athlete the anxiousness, mixed with the sprinting did a number on him. Panting softly he fished out the keys from his pockets. He opened the door, locking it behind him. He kicked his shoes off as he sped walked to your room. He opened the door to reveal your huddled form on the bed. Blanket covering your body as you held your plushie close. He walked over to you and brushed your hair out of your face. “Hi darling… does it still hurt?” You nod as you felt tears fill up your waterline as a jolt of pain re-emerges. “It hurts so much Ranze…” The red hair male could only look at his lover with sorrow. He wished he could take away their pain, let them not have to deal with the hurt and suffering. Unfortunately he couldn’t, so he did the next best thing. He climbed into the bed, spooning them as he pulled them close. “Shhh I got you now. Drift off to sleep my love and let your pain fade away.” As he told them reassuring words, compliments and reassurance. His darling lover was able to fall into a blissful slumber. He promised himself no matter what, that he would always be here to make sure his precious angel could relax.
