Crying, sniffle, and choked sobs. From the phone line he could hear it all. Anxiousness and worry filled his senses, he rushed to put his shoes on as he left his house. He ushered words of encouragement to his lover, “You are doing so well love, I’ll be there soon okay?” He felt out of breath as he made his way to the front of your house. Despite being a pro athlete the anxiousness, mixed with the sprinting did a number on him. Panting softly he fished out the keys from his pockets. He opened the door, locking it behind him. He kicked his shoes off as he sped walked to your room. He opened the door to reveal your huddled form on the bed. Blanket covering your body as you held your plushie close. He walked over to you and brushed your hair out of your face. “Hi darling… does it still hurt?” You nod as you felt tears fill up your waterline as a jolt of pain re-emerges. “It hurts so much Ranze…” The red hair male could only look at his lover with sorrow. He wished he could take away their pain, let them not have to deal with the hurt and suffering. Unfortunately he couldn’t, so he did the next best thing. He climbed into the bed, spooning them as he pulled them close. “Shhh I got you now. Drift off to sleep my love and let your pain fade away.” As he told them reassuring words, compliments and reassurance. His darling lover was able to fall into a blissful slumber. He promised himself no matter what, that he would always be here to make sure his precious angel could relax.

Zantetsu tries to sing himself to sleep.

Nagi and Karasu talk about the tributes still alive.

Rin climbs a tree to rest.

Day 3.

Zantetsu tries to spear fish with a trident.

Nagi steals from Yukimiya while he isn't looking.

Karasu receives clean water from an unknown sponsor.

Aryu discovers a river.

Gagamaru, Rin, Chigiri, and Otoya raid Niko's camp while he is hunting.

Kurona and Isagi work together for the day.

Isagi taints Karasu's food, killing him.

Isagi constructs a shack.

Gagamaru stabs Yukimiya in the back with a trident.

Niko cannot handle the circumstances and commits suicide.

Otoya, Kurona, Nagi, and Rin hunt for other tributes.

Isagi receives medical supplies from an unknown sponsor.

The feast:

The cornucopia is replenished with food, supplies, weapons, and memoirs from the tributes' families.

Rin decides not to go to The Feast.

Kurona takes a staff leaning against the cornucopia.

Nagi strangles Isagi after engaging in a fist fight.

Gagamaru decides not to go to The Feast.

Aryu dies from an infection.

Day 5.

Rin fishes.

Kurona runs away from Nagi.

Gagamaru explores the arena.

Rin destroys Nagi's supplies while he is asleep.

Rin discovers a river.

Nagi receives medical supplies from an unknown sponsor.

Gagamaru is pricked by thorns while picking berries.

Arena event:

Carnivorous squirrels start attacking the tributes.

The squirrels separate and kill Gagamaru and Rin.

Dead: Kurona (district 11), Gagamaru (district 11), Rin (district 3).

He went to bed the night before confidently, walked into the exam hall confidently, sat down confidently, and handed in his paper confidently. When he received his paper back, he thought the big fat zero on the front meant he made zero mistakes
